Claims (8)
- 自動車用ステアリング装置を構成するユニバーサルジョイントに提供され、軸方向にスリップ移動できるように形成されながら、トルクを伝達できるように組み立てられたスライディングケージで、
上記スライディングケージはスリーブと、上記スリーブの外側面の長さ方向に沿って間隔を保ちながら形成される複数の装着部と、上記装着部に設置されるニードルベアリング及びボールベアリングを含み、
上記ニードルベアリングは円筒型の棒形で、円周に沿って支持溝が形成された本体と、上記本体に形成された支持溝に組立される弾性部材から成ることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1において、
上記ボールベアリングとニードルベアリングは同じ装着部に一緒に設置されるか、またはそれぞれの装着部に別に設置されることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1において、
上記のボールベアリングとニードルベアリングが同じ装着部に一緒に設置され、上記ニードルベアリングは装着部の中央に設置され、上記のボールベアリングはニードルベアリングの両末端部の方にそれぞれ設置されることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージにおいて、
上記支持溝の床面は一字の形で、床面から延長する両側面は外向斜面から成ることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージにおいて、
上記の支持溝は螺旋形態で、上記弾性部材はコイルスプリングの形であることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージにおいて、
上記弾性部材は支持溝の床面及び両側面から浮かべた状態で装着されることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージにおいて、
上記ニードルベアリング本体の両末端部断面の直径は本体断面の直径より小さいことを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージにおいて、
上記ニードルベアリング本体の両末端部は曲面であることを特徴とする自動車用ユニバーサルジョイントのスライディングケージ。
