Description
おいて、前記大径部開口の開口面積を、前記吸入口の開口面積より大きくし、さらに、前記吸入管の大径部における長さ寸法を、前記大径部の内径寸法より大きくしたもので、前記大径部に、低温の冷媒を貯留することで、前記密閉容器内にある高温の冷媒の混合比率を低くし、シリンダへ低温の冷媒を導くことができるので、高い効率を備えた密閉型圧縮機を提供することができる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における密閉型圧縮機の断面図、図2は、図1の要部拡大図、図3は、同実施の形態の密閉型圧縮機における大径部の容積と冷凍性能の関係を示す図である。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に開口する大径部と、冷凍システムと接続される小径部を備えた吸入管を、前記密閉容器に固定し、ピストンが往復動するシリンダと、前記シリンダに連通する消音空間を形成した吸入マフラーを備えた圧縮要素を、前記密閉容器内に収容し、前記吸入マフラーに、前記消音空間と前記密閉容器内空間とを連通する吸入口を設けるとともに、前記吸入口を、前記吸入管の大径部開口に近接対向させた構成において、前記大径部開口の開口面積を、前記吸入口の開口面積より大きくし、さらに、前記吸入管の大径部における長さ寸法を、前記大径部の内径寸法より大きくした密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記吸入口を、前記吸入マフラーの外表面から突出させた請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記吸入管の大径部の容積を、前記圧縮要素の気筒容積の0.1〜0.6倍とした請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記吸入マフラーと大径部開口との距離と、前記吸入マフラーにおける吸入口の径の比を、0.3〜1.0倍とした請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
