Description
Claims (18)
- シャシー(2)によって支持された装置フレーム(4)と、
前記装置フレーム(4)に固定又は枢動可能な態様で取り付けられ、地面又は路面(24)を加工するために使用される作業ドラム(6)とを有しており、
前記シャシー(2)に、昇降カラム(14)を介して前記装置フレーム(4)に接続され、前記装置フレーム(4)に対する高さを独立して調節できる車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットが設けられている自動車型道路用の建設装置(1)において、
前記昇降カラム(14)が、伸縮可能な2つの中空シリンダ(13、15)を備え、前記伸縮可能な2つの中空シリンダ(13、15)が、案内ユニットとして機能して、高さ調節のための少なくとも1つのピストン・シリンダ・ユニット(16)を内側に収容し、
個々に高さ調節可能な前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれに、該昇降カラム(14)の現在の昇降状態を測定するための測定装置(18)が設けられ、
前記測定装置(18)が、昇降位置に応じて互いに対して変位可能である前記昇降カラム(14)の要素に、前記測定装置(18)によって前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれの昇降位置に関係するパス信号を連続的に検出できるように結合されており、
すべての前記昇降カラム(14)について測定された前記測定装置(18)からのパス信号を受信するコントローラ(23)が、前記測定装置(18)によって測定されたパス信号及び/又はパス信号の時間変化に応じて、前記昇降カラム(14)の昇降状態を調節することを特徴とする建設装置。 - 前記測定装置(18)がパス測定装置からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建設装置。
- すべての前記昇降カラム(14)について測定された前記測定装置(18)からのパス信号が、前記昇降カラム(14)の昇降位置についての指示装置(20)に供給するのに適したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の建設装置。
- 前記測定装置(18)にワイヤ−ロープ(22)が設けられており、前記ワイヤ−ロープ(22)が、前記昇降カラム(14)及びパス測定装置としてのワイヤ−ロープ・センサ(21)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 張力がかかっており巻き取りが可能である前記ワイヤ−ロープ(22)が、昇降位置に応じて互いに変位可能である前記昇降カラム(14)の要素に、前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれの昇降位置に関係するパス信号を連続的に検出できるように結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建設装置。
- 前記装置フレーム(4)を備える前記シャシー(2)を、基準面に対して調節することができ、例えば基準面に対する前記装置フレーム(4)の平行位置など、所望の空間位置を、前記昇降カラム(14)の現在の昇降位置に応じて前記測定装置(18)によって測定される信号を保存することによって、基準面上の前記シャシーの基準昇降位置として調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 前記測定装置(18)によって監視される高さ調節のための少なくとも1つの限界値を、前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれについて調節でき、前記限界値が、前記昇降カラム(14)の最低及び/又は最高の昇降位置を所定の値に制限することを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 移動の方向における最低又は最高の昇降位置が、前記ピストン・シリンダ・ユニット(16)におけるピストンの、シリンダに対する機械的なリミット・ストップの前方に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の建設装置。
- すべての前記昇降カラム(14)について測定された前記測定装置(18)からのパス信号を受信する前記コントローラ(23)が、前記装置フレーム(4)が移動の方向に対して横方向である所定の横方向の傾き、又は移動の方向に対して横方向である所定のパス依存の横方向の傾きの推移を示すように、前記昇降カラム(14)の昇降状態を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 1つの車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットの昇降状態が変化する場合に、前記装置フレーム(4)の横方向又は長手方向において、隣接する車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットが高さに関してそれぞれ反対の方向に調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 前記隣接する車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットが、高さに関して同じ量だけそれぞれ反対の方向に調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の建設装置。
- 前記装置フレーム(4)の横方向において互いに隣り合っている前記車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットであって、移動の方向について見たときに前方の車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットである車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットが、振り子軸の態様で高さ調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- すべての前記昇降カラム(14)について測定された前記測定装置(18)からの信号を受信する前記コントローラ(23)が、前記測定装置(18)によって測定されたパス信号及び/又はパス信号の時間変化に応じて、行き過ぎを生じることなく、あるいは可能な限り少ない行き過ぎで、前記昇降カラム(14)の所望の昇降位置を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 前記測定装置(18)の測定信号が、長さの単位への較正に適したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 前記コントローラ(23)が、前記作業ドラム(6)の作業深さを調節し、
前記コントローラ(23)が、測定されたパス信号を前記測定装置(18)から受信して、該パス信号を前記作業ドラム(6)の作業深さの調節に含めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。 - 前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれの下端に、前記車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットのための支持部(11)が設けられ、距離センサ(30)が、前記支持部(11)の地面又は路面(24)に対する距離を測定し、測定した信号を前記昇降カラム(14)の昇降位置についてのコントローラ(23)、及び/又は、前記作業ドラム(6)の作業深さについてコントローラ(23)、及び/又は、前記指示装置(20)に伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれの下端に、前記車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットのための支持部(11)が設けられ、距離センサ(30)が、前記車輪(10)又は履帯ユニットの前方又は側方の所定の距離において、前記支持部(11)の地面又は路面(24)に対する距離を測定し、測定した信号を前記昇降カラム(24)の昇降位置についてコントローラ(23)、及び/又は、前記作業ドラム(6)の作業深さについてのコントローラ(23)、及び/又は、前記指示装置(20)に伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置。
- 高さ調節のための少なくとも1つのピストン・シリンダ・ユニット(16)を収容する伸縮可能な2つの中空シリンダ(13、15)を備えている請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の建設装置(1)のための昇降カラム(14)において、
前記中空シリンダ(13、15)に、前記昇降カラム(14)の現在の昇降状態を測定するための測定装置(18)が設けられ、
前記測定装置(18)が、昇降位置に応じて互いに対して変位可能である前記昇降カラム(14)の要素に、前記昇降カラム(14)のそれぞれの昇降位置に関係するパス信号を連続的に検出できるように結合されており、
すべての前記昇降カラム(14)について測定された前記測定装置(18)からのパス信号を受信するコントローラ(23)が、前記測定装置(18)によって測定されたパス信号及び/又はパス信号の時間変化に応じて、前記昇降カラム(14)の昇降状態を調節することを特徴とする、昇降カラム。
