Description
Claims (4)
- 堆積層として形成されている燃料電池の複数の多孔性の流体輸送層を、一層の流体輸送層に分離する方法であって、前記堆積層が前記流体輸送層の最上層を含み、前記方法が、
ピックヘッドを前記堆積層より上に位置決めする工程と、
接着テープと前記ピックヘッドとの間で真空を用いることによって、前記ピックヘッドに対して前記接着テープの位置を安定させる工程と、
前記安定された接着テープと前記最上層との間の接触を行う工程と、
前記ピックヘッドを移動させて、前記最上層を前記堆積層から所定の位置に移動させる工程と、
前記所定の位置にある間、前記最上層から前記接着テープを分離する工程と、
次の最上層について、前記位置決めする工程、安定させる工程、行う工程、移動させる工程、および分離する工程を繰返す工程とを含む、方法。 - 堆積層として形成されている複数の多孔性の材料層を、一層の材料層に分離する方法であって、前記堆積層が、材料層の最上層を含み、前記方法が、
ピックヘッドを前記堆積層より上に位置決めする工程と、
接着テープと前記ピックヘッドとの間で真空を用いることによって、前記ピックヘッドに対して前記接着テープの位置を安定させる工程と、
前記安定された接着テープと前記最上層との間の接触を行う工程と、
前記ピックヘッドを移動させて、前記最上層を前記堆積層から所定の位置に移動させる工程と、
前記所定の位置にある間、前記最上層から前記接着テープを分離する工程と、
次の最上層について、前記位置決めする工程、安定させる工程、行う工程、移動させる工程、および分離する工程を繰返す工程とを含む、方法。 - 堆積層として形成されている燃料電池の複数の多孔性の流体輸送層を、一層の流体輸送層に分離する装置であって、前記堆積層が前記流体輸送層の最上層を含み、前記装置が、
ピック領域と、前記ピック領域に近接して位置するストリッパ機構と、前記ピック領域に配置された真空ポートとを含むピックヘッドであって、前記真空ポートが、真空システムに結合するように適合されている、ピックヘッドと、
前記ピック領域における前記真空ポートに近接した接着テープの移動を制御するテープ駆動機構と、
前記ピックヘッドを垂直および水平に移動させるように制御可能である、前記ピックヘッドを支持する位置決めシステムと、
制御装置であって、前記制御装置が、前記接着テープが前記最上層と接触するように前記ピックヘッドを移動させるように前記位置決めシステムを制御するようにプログラムされ、前記接着テープの位置が、前記接着テープと前記ピック領域との間の真空によって前記ピック領域で安定され、前記制御装置が、前記ピックヘッドを所定の位置に移動させるように前記位置決めシステムをさらに制御するようにプログラムされ、前記ストリッパ機構が、前記所定の位置で前記接着テープから前記最上層を分離するように作動するようになっていて、複数の多孔性の流体輸送層を一層の流体輸送層に分離することを繰返し行なうようにプログラムされている、制御装置とを含む、装置。 - 堆積層として形成されている複数の多孔性材料層を、一層の材料層に分離する装置であって、前記堆積層が、材料層の最上層を含み、前記装置が、
ピック領域と、前記ピック領域に近接して位置するストリッパ機構と、前記ピック領域に配置された真空ポートとを含むピックヘッドであって、前記真空ポートが、真空システムに結合するように適合されている、ピックヘッドと、
前記ピック領域における前記真空ポートに近接した接着テープの移動を制御するテープ駆動機構と、
前記ピックヘッドを垂直および水平に移動させるように制御可能である、前記ピックヘッドを支持する位置決めシステムと、
制御装置であって、前記制御装置は、前記接着テープが前記最上層と接触するように前記ピックヘッドを移動させるべく前記位置決めシステムを制御するためにプログラムされ、前記接着テープの位置が、前記接着テープと前記ピック領域との間の真空によって前記ピック領域で安定化され、前記制御装置が、前記ピックヘッドを所定の位置に移動させるように前記位置決めシステムをさらに制御するべくプログラムされ、前記ストリッパ機構が、前記所定の位置で前記接着テープから前記最上層を分離するように作動するようになっていて、複数の多孔性の材料層を一層の材料層に分離することを繰返し行なうようにプログラムされている、制御装置とを含む、装置。
