Description
Claims (1)
- 可動レンズを有する可動部と該可動部を光軸に直交する方向へ移動させてブレ補正を行うレンズ駆動機構と撮像光学系によって結像された像を電気信号に変換する撮像素子とレンズ駆動機構を制御する制御部とを備えた撮像装置であって、
レンズ駆動機構は、
通電により変形を生じ可動部に移動力を付与する圧電素子と、
圧電素子に蓄積される電荷量を検出する電荷量センサーとを備え、
可動部を光軸に直交する方向へ移動させるときに、圧電素子に注入又は圧電素子から放出される電荷量と電荷量センサーによって検出され圧電素子に蓄積された電荷量との差に基づいて可動部に付与された外力を推測して圧電素子に対する通電量を決定するようにし、
圧電素子に注入又は圧電素子から放出される電荷量と電荷量センサーによって検出され圧電素子に蓄積された電荷量との差と、可動部に生じると推測されるブレ量との関係を示した情報が予め記憶部に記憶され、
制御部は、電荷量センサーによって検出された電荷量を受けると記憶部から前記差と前記推測されるブレ量との関係を示した情報を読み出し、可動部に生じたブレ量を補正するための補正量に応じた指令信号をドライバーに送出し、
ドライバーは圧電素子に対して前記補正量に応じた駆動電圧を印加する
ことを特徴とする撮像装置。
