Description
メチルエチルケトン及びトルエンそれぞれ31.3gをアクリレート樹脂(eterac7361、エターナル)(固体含量約50%)157.8gに加えた。混合物を(1000rpmで)撹拌した。次に、35nm酸化亜鉛/硫酸バリウムを合計3g及び硬化剤(desmodur3390、ベーヤー)15.2gを順次加えて、被覆材(固体含量40%)250.0gを形成し、それを次にUX−150(帝人)基板上に被覆した。乾燥後、10μmの被覆フィルムが得られた。7日間置いた後、該フィルムに対して耐候性試験を(キュー−パネル社からのQUV耐候性テスターを使用して)行った。試験結果を下記の表1に示す。
実施例1の手順を、35nm酸化亜鉛/硫酸バリウム3gを使用しなかった以外は繰り返した。試験結果を下記の表1に示す。
実施例1の手順を、35nm酸化亜鉛/硫酸バリウムをUV光吸収剤(Tinuvin1130、チバ)で置き換える以外は繰り返した。試験結果を下記の表1に示す。
実施例1の手順を、アクリレート樹脂をスチレン−アクリレートコポリマー(eterac7315、エターナル)で置き換える以外は繰り返した。試験結果を下記の表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- a)0.01−20重量%の、粒径が20−100ナノメートルの範囲である、UV光吸収性の無機微粒子と、
b)式I:
飽和第3級デカン酸ビニルエステル、飽和第3級ノナン酸ビニル、及び飽和第3級デカン酸エポキシプロピル、並びにそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる第3級カルボン酸エステルのモノマーからなる樹脂を含む、
99.99−70重量%の結合剤と
c)分子間の化学結合によって結合剤と架橋結合を形成する、0−10重量%の硬化剤を含む、
UV光を吸収することができる、基板上を被覆するための組成物。 - 上記無機微粒子が酸化亜鉛、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、アルミナ、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、炭酸カルシウム、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる請求項1記載の組成物。
- 上記無機微粒子の粒径が20−50ナノメートルの範囲である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 上記式Iのモノマーが(メタ)アクリル酸、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソオクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸シクロヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 請求項1記載の組成物を基板の表面に塗布することを含む、基板の表面の被覆方法。
- 上記基板が金属、合金、木製物品、プラスチック、ポリマーフィルム又は皮革物品である、請求項5記載の方法。
