Claims (5)
- 複層ガラスのガラス板の周縁部間に設けたスペーサを形成するスペーサ形成装置であって、
一方のガラス板を固定するガラス板固定手段と、スペーサ成形材料を塗布する塗布ヘッドと、スペーサ成形材料を溶融混練しながら押し出す押出手段と押出手段から押し出されたスペーサ成形材料を塗布ヘッドに供給する定容量式ポンプとを有するスペーサ成形材料供給手段と、塗布ヘッドをガラス板の周縁部に沿って移動させる多関節ロボットとを備え、前記塗布ヘッドが前記スペーサ成形材料を吐出する上下に延在する吐出口と該吐出口に連通する吐出路とを有すると共に、前記吐出口近傍の吐出路に吐出するスペーサ成形材料の流速を調整する流速調整手段を設け、かつ前記流速調整手段が上下に延在する開口を備えた流速調整板を有し、該開口の断面積を下側より上側が狭くなるようにしたスペーサ形成装置。 - 複層ガラスのガラス板の周縁部間に設けた、両面にシーリング剤層を備えたスペーサを形成するスペーサ形成装置であって、
一方のガラス板を固定するガラス板固定手段と、スペーサ成形材料とシーリング剤を積層状態にして塗布する塗布ヘッドと、スペーサ成形材料を溶融混練しながら押し出す押出手段と押出手段から押し出されたスペーサ成形材料を塗布ヘッドに供給する定容量式ポンプと、を有するスペーサ成形材料供給手段と、塗布ヘッドにシーリング剤を供給する定容量式ポンプを備えたシーリング剤供給手段と、塗布ヘッドをガラス板の周縁部に沿って移動させる多関節ロボットとを備え、前記塗布ヘッドが前記スペーサ成形材料を吐出する上下に延在する吐出口と該吐出口に連通する吐出路とを有すると共に、前記吐出口近傍の吐出路に吐出するスペーサ成形材料の流速を調整する流速調整手段を設け、かつ前記流速調整手段が上下に延在する開口を備えた流速調整板を有し、該開口の断面積を下側より上側が狭くなるようにしたスペーサ形成装置。 - 開口の断面積を上側に向けて次第に狭くした請求項1または2に記載のスペーサ形成装置。
- 塗布ヘッドは、吐出口を開閉可能なゲートを有する請求項1,2または3に記載のスペーサ形成装置。
- スペーサ成形材料が熱可塑性材料である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサ形成装置。
