Claims (3)
- ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第1のスピンドルと、
前記第1のスピンドルの軸線とほぼ一直線上に存する軸線の回りに前記第1のスピンドルとは独立して前記ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第2のスピンドルと、
前記ベース部側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第1の接続手段と、
前記第1のスピンドル側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第2の接続手段であって、前記第1及び第2のスピンドル間が剛体で連結される場合に比べて、少なくとも前記第1のスピンドルに軸振れを生じさせる方向の力が前記第2のスピンドル側から前記第1のスピンドル側へ伝達されるのを低減させるような機械的な自由度を持つ第2の接続手段と、
前記第2のスピンドルを前記第1のスピンドルと実質的に同期して回転するように制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記ベース部側と前記第1のスピンドル側との間の電気的な接続が、前記第1及び第2の接続手段を経由して行われることを特徴とするスピンドル装置。 - 前記第2の接続手段は、可撓性を有する電線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドル装置。
- 前記第2の接続手段は、導電材料からなるつる巻ばねを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドル装置。
