Description
Claims (15)
- 気体軸受スピンドル用の気体軸受アセンブリであって、
ハウジング部と、該ハウジング部内に配置されるとともに該ハウジング部に対して弾性的に取り付けられる内側ラジアル軸受部と、を備え、
前記内側ラジアル軸受部は、軸受面を有する内殻軸受部と、該内殻軸受部と前記ハウジング部との間に配置される中間スリーブ部と、を有し、
前記内殻軸受部と前記中間スリーブ部との間に液体クーラント流路が設けられ、
前記ハウジング部と前記内側軸受部の両方に受け入れられ、相対回転に抗して前記ハウジング部と前記内側軸受部とを結合する抗回転プラグをさらに備える、気体軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記抗回転プラグと、前記ハウジング部および前記内側軸受部のうち少なくとも一方と、の間に弾性部材が設けられ、前記抗回転プラグによって形成される前記ハウジング部と前記内側軸受部との間の結合に弾性が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグと、前記ハウジング部および前記内側軸受部のうち少なくとも一方と、の間に設けられる前記弾性部材は、前記抗回転プラグに支持されるOリングを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記Oリングがシールとして機能することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグは、前記軸受アセンブリ内の流体供給経路の一部である貫通穴を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグと、前記ハウジング部および前記内側軸受部と、の間に一組の弾性部材が設けられ、前記弾性部材の一方は前記抗回転プラグと前記ハウジング部との間に設けられ、前記弾性部材の他方は前記抗回転プラグと前記内側軸受部との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 径方向に向かい合う一組の抗回転プラグを備える請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグが前記軸受面に対して軸方向中心に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグが前記クーラント流路と軸方向に位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグは、前記ハウジング部および/または前記内側軸受部の中に押し込まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグは、スピンドル本体部の内径に受け入れられる前記ハウジング部によって、抗回転プラグの頭部が内径の壁に接触した状態で適切な位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 一方が前記クーラント流路への入口として機能し、もう一方が前記クーラント流路の出口として機能する一組の抗回転プラグがあることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグは、前記ハウジング部から前記内側軸受部の中に径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記抗回転プラグは、前記ハウジング部から前記内側軸受部の中に軸方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリ。
- 請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の気体軸受アセンブリと、前記軸受アセンブリ内に軸支されるシャフトと、を備える気体軸受スピンドル。
