Abstract
【解決手段】 スピンドル5,6はベース部に対して互いに独立して回転可能に支持される。スピンドル5,6の軸線は一直線上に存する。スピンドル6は、主たるスピンドル5と同期して回転される。ベース部側とスピンドル6側との間は、ブラシ15によって電気的に接続される。スピンドル5側とスピンドル6側との間は、可撓性を有する電線17によって、電気的に接続される。電線17が可撓性を有するとともにスピンドル6がスピンドル5と同期して回転されるので、主たるスピンドル5には、電気的な接続に伴ってスピンドル5を軸振れさせるような力が加わらない。

Claims (5)
- ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第1のスピンドルと、
前記第1のスピンドルの軸線とほぼ一直線上に存する軸線の回りに前記第1のスピンドルとは独立して前記ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第2のスピンドルと、
前記ベース部側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第1の接続手段と、
前記第1のスピンドル側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第2の接続手段であって、前記第1及び第2のスピンドル間が剛体で連結される場合に比べて、少なくとも前記第1のスピンドルに軸振れを生じさせる方向の力が前記第2のスピンドル側から前記第1のスピンドル側へ伝達されるのを低減させるような機械的な自由度を持つ第2の接続手段と、
を備え、
前記ベース部側と前記第1のスピンドル側との間の電気的な接続が、前記第1及び第2の接続手段を経由して行われることを特徴とするスピンドル装置。 - 前記第2のスピンドルを前記第1のスピンドルと実質的に同期して回転するように制御する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドル装置。
- ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第1のスピンドルと、
前記第1のスピンドルの軸線とほぼ一直線上に存する軸線の回りに前記第1のスピンドルとは独立して前記ベース部に対して回転可能に支持された第2のスピンドルと、
前記ベース部側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第1の接続手段と、
前記第1のスピンドル側と前記第2のスピンドル側との間を電気的に接続する第2の接続手段であって、前記第2のスピンドル側の回転トルクを前記第1のスピンドル側へ伝達させるとともに、前記第1及び第2のスピンドル間が剛体で連結される場合に比べて、前記第1のスピンドルに軸振れを生じさせる方向の力が前記第2のスピンドル側から前記第1のスピンドル側へ伝達されるのを低減させるような機械的な自由度を持つ第2の接続手段と、
を備え、
前記ベース部側と前記第1のスピンドル側との間の電気的な接続が、前記第1及び第2の接続手段を経由して行われ、
前記第1のスピンドルは、前記第2の接続手段を介して前記第2のスピンドル側から伝達された回転トルクによって回転することを特徴とするスピンドル装置。 - 前記第2の接続手段は、可撓性を有する電線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のスピンドル装置。
- 前記第2の接続手段は、導電材料からなるつる巻ばねを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のスピンドル装置。
