Claims (12)
- 機械台と、該機械台に回転可能に配置され、原動機で駆動される機械主軸(10)と、該機械主軸(10)に交換可能に設けられ、前記機械主軸(10)の受容部と互換性のある連結要素を有している少なくとも1つの加工ヘッド(12)と、機械台固定のステータ(18)と主軸固定のロータ(20)との間でデータを伝送するための回転伝送器(16)とを備えた工作機械において、
前記機械主軸(10)が、複数個の主軸側の機能モジュール(28’,28”,28’’’)と、主軸バス(30)の構成要素を形成している配線システムとを有し、該配線システムに前記主軸側の機能モジュール(28’,28”,28’’’)が接続されてサブスクライバーステーションを形成していること、
前記主軸バス(30)が、前記データ伝送区間(16)を介して、機械台固定のフィールドバス(32)と接続していること、
を特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記主軸バス(30)が、機械台固定の前記フィールドバス(32)と好ましくはフィールドバスアダプタ(38)を介して接続しているロータ固定のプロトコルコンバータ(48)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記機械主軸(10)が、温度センサ、振動センサ、動力センサ、圧力センサ、湿度センサ、遮断空気センサ、潤滑状態センサ、回転数センサ、加速度センサ、相対加速度センサのグループから少なくとも1つの主軸側の機能モジュール(28’,28”,28’’’)を測定部材として有し、および/または、遮断空気弁、アクチュエータ、空気圧または液圧電磁弁、潤滑剤配量器、冷媒配量器、主軸モータのグループから少なくとも1つの主軸側の機能モジュール(28’,28”,28’’’)をアクチュエータとして有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記加工ヘッド(12)が、複数個のヘッド側の機能モジュール(34’,34”,34’’’)と、ヘッドバス(36)を形成している配線システムとを有し、該配線システムに前記ヘッド側の機能モジュール(34’,34”,34’’’)が接続されて前記ヘッドバス(36)のサブスクライバーを形成し、前記ヘッドバス(36)が分離個所(14)を介して前記主軸バス(30)と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記ヘッドバス(36)が、前記分離個所(14)において前記主軸バス(30)に電気接続され、または、プロトコルコンバータ(50)を介して該主軸バスと接続していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の工作機械。
- 前記加工ヘッド(12)が、リニアスライダまたは回転スライダ、アクチュエータ、駆動モータ、回転検出器、位置センサ、配量器、加熱要素のグループから少なくとも1つの前記ヘッド側の機能モジュール(34’,34”,34’’’)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の工作機械。
- 前記加工ヘッド(12)が、切削工具、穿孔工具、フライス工具、摩擦工具、溶接工具、蝋付け工具、硬化工具、コーティング工具、文字入れ工具、クリーニング工具、測定工具、カメラのグループからの工具を備えた少なくとも1つの前記ヘッド側の機能モジュール(34’,34”,34’’’)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4から6までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記主軸バス(30)および/または前記ヘッドバス(36)が規格化されたフィールドバスとして、好ましくはCANバスまたはLINバスとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記回転伝送区間(16)が、前記機械主軸(10)の、前記加工ヘッド(12)とは逆の側の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記加工ヘッド(10)が、原動機で駆動可能な、工具を受容するためのスライダと、該スライダ用に調整された位置決めシステムとを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記回転伝送区間(16)が、無接触双方向データ伝送用の送受信ユニットを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
- 前記回転伝送区間(16)が、さらに、無接触のおよび/または電気のエネルギー伝送用の送受信ユニットを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
