在附图中示意性示出的机床主轴10是一台用于加工工件的尤其是用于成套加工的机床的组成部分,该机床还附加地具有一个在图中未示出的工具库以及一个用于机床工具的操作装置。机床主轴10在机床内设置在一个机架中,在机架上机床主轴例如沿三条轴线X、Y、Z可移动地以及可旋转地设置在一个十字工作台上或被电机驱动。一个加工头12在机床主轴10的机械和电气分离点14上是可更换的,加工头具有一个与机床主轴的一个容纳座协调的连接件。另外,设置一个用于在一个与机架固定的定子18和一个与主轴固定的转子20之间进行数据传送的旋转传送器16。
机床还包括一个中央机床控制装置22(NC控制装置),此外借助该机床控制装置,还在机床的加工空间中控制加工工具24的运动。通过应用三个彼此垂直的轴线X、Y和Z,可以到达加工空间中的每一个点。附加地,在图1和2所示的各实施例中,设置一个加工头12,该加工头具有一个根据主轴10的各运动轴线可移动的横滑座26,该横滑座构成一个附加的、独立可控制的U轴。原则上代替在附图中示出的横滑座26,也可以使用其它类型的工具作为加工头,例如切削工具、钻孔工具、铣削工具、研磨工具、熔焊工具、钎焊工具、淬火工具、涂层工具、标记工具、激光器、清洁工具、测量工具和类似物。
根据本发明的机床主轴和头控制装置的一个特征在于,机床主轴10具有多个主轴侧的功能模块28′、28″、28″′以及一个导线系统,该导线系统构成主轴总线30的一个组成部分。主轴侧的功能模块28′、28″、28″′连接到主轴总线30上,同时形成一些用户站。主轴总线就其而言经由旋转传送线路16与一个与机架固定的现场总线32进行通信。在两个实施例中所示出的功能模块28′、28″、28″′既可以构造为传感器又可以构造为执行器。为了监控主轴10,设置多个这样的功能模块,它们绝大部分可以经由中央机床控制装置22监控、控制和调节。在不详细说明机床主轴10的内部结构的情况下,对此考虑主轴侧的功能模块28′、28″、28″′,这些功能模块作为测量元件来自温度传感器、振动传感器、力传感器、压力传感器、湿度传感器、阻隔空气传感器、润滑状态传感器、转速传感器、加速度传感器、相对加速度传感器群组和/或作为执行器来自阻隔空气阀、伺服驱动装置、气动或液压电磁阀、润滑剂配料器、冷却剂配料器、主轴电机、驱动装置如旋转驱动装置、伺服驱动装置或线性直接驱动装置、电气参数变换器群组。各个用户站也可构造为组合模块,例如包括转速传感器或包括作为阻隔空气传感器和阻隔空气阀的伺服驱动装置。
本发明的另一特征在于,加工头12还具有多个头侧的功能模块34′、34″、34″′以及一个构成头总线36的一个组成部分的导线系统。头侧的功能模块34′、34″、34″′在此连接到头总线36上,同时形成一些用户站,其中,头总线36在分离点14与主轴总线30或一个特意为此设置的连接导线37进行通信。在不进一步说明加工头12的特定结构的情况下,加工头12可以具有至少一个功能模块34′、34″、34″′,所述功能模块来自线性或旋转滑座、伺服驱动装置、驱动电机、旋转编码器、位置传感器、配料器、加热元件群组。此外,加工头12的头侧的功能模块34′、34″、34″′可以装配有一个工具24,该工具来自切削工具、钻孔工具、铣削工具、研磨工具、熔焊工具、钎焊工具、淬火工具、涂层工具、标记工具、清洁工具、测量工具群组。上面对功能模块的列举是示例性的且因此并不完全。
在图1中所示的实施例中简示出,主轴总线30和头总线36经由在与主轴固定的转子20和与机架固定的定子18之间的非接触的旋转传送线路16无线地经由一个附加的现场总线适配器38与中央机床控制装置22的现场总线32连接。
在根据图2的实施例中,机床控制装置22包括一个具有一个PLC接口40、40′和一个轴接口42、42′的NC控制装置43,它将输出数据经由一个模拟NCA控制器44和一个将数据调制到载波信号上的调制器46且经由在定子18与转子20之间的旋转传送线路16非接触地进行传送。为了匹配在不同总线系统之间的协议,在主轴10和加工头12中均设置一个协议转换器48、50。
另外如由图2可看出的那样,数字NC控制装置可以经由一个标准化的现场总线32和一个现场总线联接器52还直接经由导线54与旋转传送线路16的调制器46进行通信。有利的是,作为主轴总线30和头总线36,使用标准化的现场总线系统,例如一个CAN总线,从而可以在没有大花费的情况下连接不同制造商的工具头。
总之,明确的结果是:本发明涉及一种机床,它具有一个机架、一个可旋转地设置在机架上的电机驱动的机床主轴10和至少一个在机床主轴10上可更换的加工头12。加工头12具有一个与机床主轴10的一个容纳座协调的连接件。此外还设置一个用于在一个与机架固定的定子18和一个与主轴固定的转子20之间进行数据传送的旋转传送器16。本发明的特征在于,机床主轴10具有多个主轴侧的功能模块28′、28″、28″′以及一个构成主轴总线30的一个组成部分的导线系统,所述主轴侧的功能模块28′、28″、28″′连接到该导线系统上,同时形成主轴总线30的一些用户站,并且其中主轴总线30经由旋转传送线路16与一个与机架固定的现场总线32进行通信。有利的是,加工头12还具有多个头侧的功能模块34′、34″、34″′以及一个构成头总线36的一个组成部分的导线系统,所述头侧的功能模块连接到该导线系统上,同时形成一些用户站,并且其中头总线36经由一个分离点14与主轴总线30进行通信。

Claims (12)

1.机床,具有一个机架、一个可旋转地设置在机架上的电机驱动的机床主轴(10)、至少一个在机床主轴(10)上可更换的加工头(12)和一个用于在一个与机架固定的定子(18)和一个与主轴固定的转子(20)之间进行数据传送的旋转传送器(16),所述加工头具有一个与机床主轴(10)的一个容纳座协调的连接件,其特征在于,所述机床主轴(10)具有多个主轴侧的功能模块(28′、28″、28″′)以及一个构成主轴总线(30)的一个组成部分的导线系统,所述主轴侧的功能模块(28′、28″、28″′)连接到该导线系统上,同时形成主轴总线(30)的一些用户站,并且主轴总线(30)经由旋转传送线路(16)与一个与机架固定的现场总线(32)进行通信。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述主轴总线(30)具有一个优选经由一个现场总线适配器(38)与所述与机架固定的现场总线(32)进行通信的、与转子固定的协议转换器(48)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机床,其特征在于,所述机床主轴(10)具有至少一个主轴侧的功能模块(28′、28″、28″′),所述主轴侧的功能模块作为测量元件来自温度传感器、振动传感器、力传感器、压力传感器、湿度传感器、阻隔空气传感器、润滑状态传感器、转速传感器、加速度传感器、相对加速度传感器群组和/或作为执行器来自阻隔空气阀、伺服驱动装置、气动或液压电磁阀、润滑剂配料器、冷却剂配料器、主轴电机群组。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述加工头(12)具有多个头侧的功能模块(34′、34″、34″′)以及一个构成头总线(36)的导线系统,所述头侧的功能模块(34′、34″、34″′)连接到该导线系统上,同时形成头总线(36)的一些用户,其中,头总线(36)经由一个分离点(14)与主轴总线(30)进行通信。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机床,其特征在于,所述头总线(36)在分离点(14)电流连接到主轴总线(30)上或经由一个协议转换器(50)与该主轴总线进行通信。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的机床,其特征在于,所述加工头(12)具有至少一个头侧的功能模块(34′、34″、34″′),所述头侧的功能模块来自线性或旋转滑座、伺服驱动装置、驱动电机、旋转编码器、位置传感器、配料器、加热元件群组。
7.根据权利要求4至6之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述加工头(12)具有至少一个带有一个工具的头侧的功能模块(34′、34″、34″′),所述工具来自切削工具、钻孔工具、铣削工具、研磨工具、熔焊工具、钎焊工具、淬火工具、涂层工具、标记工具、清洁工具、测量工具、摄像头群组。
8.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述主轴总线(30)和/或头总线(36)构造为标准化的现场总线,优选构造为CAN总线或LIN总线。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述旋转传送线路(16)设置在机床主轴(10)的远离加工头(12)的端部上。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述加工头(12)具有一个电机可驱动的、用于容纳一个工具的滑座以及一个用于滑座的受控的定位系统。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述旋转传送线路(16)具有一个用于非接触的双向数据传送的发送和接收单元。
12.根据权利要求1至11之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述旋转传送线路(16)附加地具有一个用于非接触的和/或电流的能量传送的发送和接收单元。
