(1)主たる繰り返し単位が-[(SiH2)n(NH)r]-(式中n、rは1,2または3)であるポリシラザン
(2)主たる繰り返し単位が-[(SiH2)n(NH)r]-と-[(SiH2)mO]-(式中n、m、rは1,2または3)であるポリシロキサザン
(3)主たる繰り返し単位が-[(SiH2)n(NH)r]-(式中n、rは1,2または3)で表され、架橋結合-(NH)s-(式中sは1または2)を有する改質ポリシラザン
(4)ポリシラザンと金属アルコキシドとの反応生成物であるポリメタロシラザン
Claims (7)
- 表面に開口する多数の細孔を備えたセラミック多孔体のそれら多数の細孔を閉塞して複合セラミックスを製造する方法であって、
[-Si(H)(CnH2n+1)-NH-]および[-Si(CnH2n+1)2-NH-]の少なくとも一方を基本単位とする繰り返し構造から成るポリシラザンと所定の有機溶媒とを含むポリシラザン溶液に前記セラミック多孔体を浸漬することによりそのセラミック多孔体の前記多数の細孔内にそのポリシラザン溶液を含浸させる含浸工程と、
前記浸漬状態のまま加熱処理を施すことによって前記セラミック多孔体の細孔内で前記ポリシラザンをセラミックスに転化させる加熱工程と
を、含むことを特徴とする複合セラミックスの製造方法。 - 表面に開口する多数の細孔を備えたセラミック多孔体と、
[-Si(H)(CnH2n+1)-NH-]および[-Si(CnH2n+1)2-NH-]の少なくとも一方を基本単位とする繰り返し構造から成るポリシラザンと所定の有機溶媒とを含むポリシラザン溶液に前記セラミック多孔体を浸漬することによりそのセラミック多孔体の前記多数の細孔内にそのポリシラザン溶液を含浸させ、その浸漬状態のまま加熱処理を施すことによってそのセラミック多孔体の細孔内で前記ポリシラザンから転化させられ且つ前記多数の細孔を閉塞するセラミック充填材と
を、含むことを特徴とする複合セラミックス。 - 前記ポリシラザンの数平均分子量は500〜5000(g/mol)の範囲内である請求項2の複合セラミックス。
- 前記多数の細孔のうち前記セラミック多孔体の表面の所定範囲に存在するものを前記セラミック充填材で閉塞した請求項2または3の複合セラミックス。
- 前記請求項4に記載の複合セラミックスと、前記所定範囲においてその複合セラミックスに密に接合された緻密質材料から成るフィルタ構成部品とを含むことを特徴とするセラミックフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記セラミック多孔体の前記多数の細孔よりも開口径の微細な多数の微細孔を有する分離膜でそれら多数の細孔を閉塞したものである請求項5のセラミックフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記セラミック多孔体は窒化珪素セラミックスから成るものであり、前記分離膜は[-Si(H)(C n H 2n+1 )-NH-]、[-Si(C n H 2n+1 ) 2 -NH-]、および[-SiH 2 -NH-]の少なくとも一つを基本単位とする繰り返し構造から成る第2のポリシラザンから生成されたものである請求項6のセラミックフィルタアセンブリ。
