Claims (6)
- 少なくともいずれか一方を可変容積型とした油圧ポンプ(10)及び/又は油圧モータ(11)と、該油圧ポンプ(10)及び/又は油圧モータ(11)の可動斜板の斜板角度を制御する油圧サーボ機構(2)とを一体的に構成し、変速操作レバー(29)の操作により該可動斜板を傾動させる油圧式無段変速装置において、前記油圧サーボ機構(2)の可動斜板を傾動させる変速駆動部材(27)を減速側に摺動させる負荷制御機構(4)を設け、該負荷制御機構(4)は、メイン油路(13)の圧油が給排される1個のシリンダ(41)と、該シリンダ(41)に摺動自在に内挿され、かつ、前記変速駆動部材(27)と係合する前記油圧ポンプ用のスプール(40)及び前記油圧モータ用スプール(140)とから構成し、前記シリンダ(41)に穿設した2本のシリンダ孔(42・142)に、2本のスプール(40・140)をそれぞれ摺動可能としたことを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
- 請求項1記載の油圧式無段変速装置において、前記油圧ポンプ(10)側に構成される負荷制御機構(4)は、前記メイン油路(13)の圧油が給排されるシリンダ(41)のシリンダ孔(42)と、該シリンダ孔(42)に摺動自在に内挿され、かつ、前記変速駆動部材(27)と係合するスプール(40)と、該スプール(40)を一側に付勢する弾性部材(28)とからなり、該スプール(40)は、他側に前記メイン油路(13)が連通され、負荷制御時には、前記弾性部材(28)の付勢力に抗して、前記変速駆動部材(27)を係合しながら移動し、前記変速操作レバー(29)による傾動操作とは独立に前記可動斜板の斜板角度を制御することを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
- 請求項2記載の油圧式無段変速装置において、前記負荷制御機構(4)は、前記メイン油路(13)の油圧の増減に対して前記可動斜板の斜板角度の増減が反比例するように制御することを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
- 請求項2又は請求項3記載の油圧式無段変速装置において、前記負荷制御機構(4)は、前記シリンダ(41)の内側壁にストッパ部(47)を突設して、前記スプール(40)の摺動位置を規制することを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式無段変速装置において、前記負荷制御機構(4)は、前記スプール(40)が内挿されるシリンダ孔(42)の一端側に、該メイン油路(13)内の圧油を受けて前記スプール(40)を押圧するピン(44)を設けるとともに、シリンダ孔(42)の他端側にチャージ圧を導入して、ピン(44)によるスプール(40)の押圧に対抗させることを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧式無段変速装置において、前記油圧式無段変速装置(1)を構成する油圧ポンプ(10)の後進側容量を制限し、該油圧ポンプ(10)による速度制御から油圧モータ(11)による速度制御に切り替わる点であるコーナ馬力(c)を、エンジン出力より少し下になるようにする事により、後進走行時の油圧モータ制御領域のリリーフ圧曲線(C)が、エンジン馬力線(A)を超えることなく略一致するように構成することを特徴とする油圧式無段変速装置。
