Description
[電解質の製造]
下記配合のゴム組成物を150℃、10MPaで加熱加圧することにより加硫ゴムを得た。
<ゴム組成物配合(部)>
ゴム成分(ビニルピリジンゴム):100
(スチレン20wt%、ビニルピリジン20wt%、ブタジエン60
wt%)
硫黄 :2
オイル :5
加硫促進剤(ノクセラーM) :2
亜鉛華 :3
カーボンブラック(SAF) :20
溶媒:アセトニトリル:1L
酸化還元性物質
ヨウ化リチウム:0.2モル
1,2ジメチル−3−プロピルイミダゾリウムアイオダイド:0.2モル
ヨウ素:0.1モル
t−ブチルピリジン:0.4モル
なお、加硫ゴムに対する酸化還元性物質の担持量は15重量%であった。
2.5×3cmのガラス基板(厚さ:2mm)上に、厚さ3000ÅのITO膜を形成し、この上に厚さ10μm、面積5mm□の酸化チタン膜を形成した。
Claims (6)
- 加硫ゴムに、酸化還元性物質を担持させてなる色素増感型太陽電池用電解質であって、
該加硫ゴムは、加硫剤として硫黄及び/又は有機硫黄化合物を用いたものであることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電解質。 - 請求項1において、該加硫ゴムは側鎖に芳香環を有することを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電解質。
- 請求項2において、該芳香環はベンゼン環及び/又はピリジン環であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電解質。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、該加硫ゴムに酸化還元性物質の溶液を含浸し乾燥することにより酸化還元性物質を担持させてなることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電解質。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、該酸化還元性物質の担持量が該加硫ゴムに対して5〜50重量%であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電解質。
- 色素増感型半導体電極と、この色素増感型半導体電極に対向して設けられた対電極と、該色素増感型半導体電極と対電極との間に配置された固体状電解質とを有する色素増感型太陽電池において、該固体状電解質が請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用電解質であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
