Description
Claims (6)
- セラミックス原料粉末を成形し成形体とする成形工程と、該成形体を焼結し相対密度55%以上80%以下の焼結体とする焼結工程と、該焼結体を最終形状に変形させる変形工程とを備えたセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
- セラミックス原料粉末を成形し成形体とする成形工程と、該成形体を焼結し相対密度55%以上80%以下の焼結体とする焼結工程と、該焼結体を最終形状に近い形状に変形させる変形工程と、最終形状に仕上加工する仕上加工工程とを備えたセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
- 前記変形工程において、加圧・加熱プレスを用い、変形速度が、0.1mm/分以上10mm/分以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
- 前記変形工程において、加圧・加熱プレスを用い、加圧速度が、15kPa/秒以上1MPa/秒以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
- 前記変形工程において、圧力が、1MPa以上300MPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
- 前記変形工程において、温度が、セラミックス光学部品材料の融点の30%以上、該材料の融点もしくは昇華点以下であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のセラミックス光学部品の製造方法。
