Description
Claims (15)
- 入口と出口との間に延在する通路と、前記出口に直近にあって、閉鎖部材と協働して、前記通路に燃料を流せるようにし、また、この通路に燃料を流せないようにする弁座とを含む燃料噴射器用のオリフィス円板であって、
前記弁座と向き合うようにしている第1の面と、前記第1の面の反対側に面して平行な第2の面とを含む部材と、前記第1の面と前記第2の面とを結合する壁面により画成されている、前記オリフィス円板を貫通するオリフィスとを含み、
更に、前記壁面が、前記第1の面から間隔が置かれて、前記第1の平坦な面および前記第2の平坦な面に垂直に延びている前記壁面の第1の部分と、前記第1の部分を前記第1の面に結合する第2の部分であって、オリフィス軸線(200)に対して非対称の斜切面を画成するように種々の第1の斜角にて、前記第1の面に対して延びている前記壁面の第2の部分とを含み、
前記オリフィス円板(140)は、更に第1の周界と、壁の第1の部分(32c)と第2の部分(32a)のつなぎ目により定義づけられた第2の周界(33c)とを含んでいるものにおいて、
前記オリフィス(32)が、前記第1の平行な面および前記第2の平行な面に垂直なオリフィス軸線(200)に沿って延び、
前記第1の周界(33a)が、前記第1の面(20)と前記壁面の前記第2部分(32a、32b)とのつなぎ目により画成され、かつ前記第1の周界が前記オリフィス軸線(200)に関して非対称であり、更に
前記第2の周界(33c)が、前記オリフィス軸線(200)に対して斜めの平面内にある
ことを特徴とする燃料噴射器用のオリフィス円板。 - 前記第1の斜角が、前記オリフィス軸線を中心として変化することを特徴とする請求項1記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記第1の周界が、前記オリフィス軸線に対して偏心的であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記壁面が、前記第1の部分を前記第2の面に結合する第3の部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記壁面の前記第3の部分が、前記第2の面に対して第2の斜角で延びており、また、前記第2の斜角が、前記オリフィス軸線に関して一定であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記壁面の前記第3の部分が粗い斜切面を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記第2の面と、前記壁面の粗い斜切面である前記第3の部分とのつなぎ目により画成される第3の周界を含み、該第3の周界は前記オリフィス軸線に関して非対称であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のオリフィス円板。
- 前記平坦な小平面が各々、前記オリフィス軸線に対して傾斜するように、前記第1の面と前記第2の面が、各々の平行な平坦な小平面を画成することを特徴とする請求項7記載のオリフィス円板。
- 第1と第2の平行な面を持つ部材を含む、請求項1から8の1つに記載の燃料噴射器用のオリフィス円板を形成する方法であって、
前記部材を貫通するオリフィスであって、前記第1の面と前記第2の面を結合する壁面により画成され、かつ、前記第1と前記第2の平行な面に垂直なオリフィス軸線に沿って延びているオリフィスを形成する工程と、
前記オリフィス軸線に関し、非対称の少なくとも1つの斜切面を形成する工程を含め、前記第1の面の直近で前記オリフィスを変形させる工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記オリフィスを形成する工程が、打抜き、孔あけ、圧印加工の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記オリフィスを変形させる工程が、ポンチ形成と圧印加工の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記オリフィスを変形させる工程が、前記オリフィスが設けられる領域を窪ませ、前記領域が前記オリフィス軸線に対し傾斜した平面を持つ小平面を形成するようにする工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 燃料を計量し、霧化しそしてターゲットに向かって噴射するための燃料噴射器であって、
前記オリフィス軸線(200)に沿って延びる通路を含むシート(138)と、
前記通路を通る燃料の流れを許容しかつ阻止すべくシート(138)と協働する可動部品(122)と、
前記請求項1から8の1つに記載のオリフィス円板(140)と
を含むことを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記オリフィス(32)が、前記オリフィス軸線(200)に対し傾斜した経路に沿って燃料の噴射を目がけることを特徴とする請求項13記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記第1と第2の表面(20、40)が、各平坦な小平面が前記オリフィス軸線(200)に対し傾斜するように、各々平行な小平面を定義することを特徴とする請求項14記載の燃料噴射器。
