Hetは、好ましくは、1個から7個のハロゲン原子を有するC1−C3−ハロゲノアルキル、シクロプロピル、1個から3個のハロゲン原子を有するハロゲノシクロプロピル、C2−C3−アルケニル、C2−C3−アルキニル、1個から5個のハロゲン原子を有するC2−C3−ハロゲノアルケニル、1個から3個のハロゲン原子を有するC2−C3−ハロゲノアルキニル、1個から7個のハロゲン原子を有するC1−C3−ハロゲノアルコキシ、C1−C3−アルキルチオ、1個から7個のハロゲン原子を有するC1−C3−ハロゲノアルキルチオ、アリルオキシ、プロパルギルオキシ、アリルチオ、プロパルギルチオ、1個から5個のハロゲン原子を有するハロゲノアリルオキシ、1個から5個のハロゲン原子を有するハロゲノアリルチオ、シアノ、ニトロ、C1−C3−アルキル、C1−C3−アルコキシ及びハロゲンより成る群からの1又は2個の置換基を含みうる、次の系列:
R1、R2及びHetは上記で定義したとおりであり、及び
R4は、各々が置換されていなくても又は置換されていてもよい、C1−C10−アルキル、C3−C6−シクロアルキル、フェニル、アリールアルキル又はヘテロシクリルメチルであり、但しその場合ヘテロシクリルは、例えばフラン、テトラヒドロフラン、チオフェン又はピリジンのような、窒素、酸素及び硫黄の系列からの1個又はそれ以上のヘテロ原子を含む不飽和又は飽和5員又は6員複素環である]
の化合物を、3個から5個の炭素原子を有するニトリルの存在下で、無水ハロゲン化水素と反応させることを特徴とする方法を提供する。
R1は、好ましくは水素、メチル、エチル、n−又はi−プロピルである。
1−(2−クロロチアゾール−5−イルメチル)−2−ニトロ−3−メチルグアニジンの製造
1H NMR(DMSO):δ=2.80(3H)、4.50(2H)、7.60(1H)、7.94(広域、1H)、9.17(広域、1H)ppm
LC/MS:250[M+H]+、208、120(エレクトロスプレー、正のモード)。
(比較例)(本発明によらない)
1−(2−クロロチアゾール−5−イルメチル)−2−ニトロ−イミノ−5−ベンジル−3−メチル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン(ISTDによれば95.7%強度)2g(0.005mol)をアセトニトリル40ml中に加え、0℃から5℃で、気体塩化水素を飽和点まで攪拌しながらその懸濁液に加える。わずかな発熱を伴って、その懸濁液が存続する。その懸濁液を75℃に加熱し、塩化水素を逃散させて、この温度で2時間攪拌した後、透明な溶液が形成される。次にその懸濁液を0℃から−5℃に冷却した。固体が沈殿する;これを吸引してろ取し、多少の石油エーテルで洗って、実質的に白色の固体を得る。
上記実施例における純度/含量の測定はHPLCの方法に従って実施する。内部標準(ISTD)を使用して又は内部標準なしで作業することが可能である。
Claims (3)
- 前記反応を、3個から5個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族モノ又はジニトリルの存在下で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 使用する前記無水ハロゲン化水素が、塩化水素、臭化水素又はヨウ化水素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
