Description
シフト駆動部9は、アクチュエータ66により回転されるシャフト71、シャフト71の回転に伴って回転するディテントプレート72、ディテントプレート72の回転に伴って動作するロッド73、動力伝達機構の出力軸に固定されたパーキングギヤ74、パーキングギヤ74をロックするためのパーキングロックポール75、ディテントプレート72の回転を制限してシフトレンジを固定するディテントスプリング76およびころ77を含む。これらの各部によってロック機構が形成される。
上述のように、ブレーキ装置3は、ECBおよびEPBの双方を備えており、車両の走行状態に応じて車両の4輪のブレーキを独立かつ最適に制御する。すなわち、左右前後の車輪にECBを構成するディスクブレーキ91〜94がそれぞれ設けられるとともに、さらに左右後輪にはEPBを構成するドラムブレーキ95、96がそれぞれ設けられている。つまり、左右後輪にはドラムインディスクブレーキが設けられている。
本実施の形態のシフト制御においては、車両が完全に停止していないにもかかわらず運転者がPスイッチ61を押下した場合に、直ちにPレンジに切り替えるのではなく、ブレーキ制御によりホイールシリンダ圧を残して制動をかけ、車両が完全停止してからPレンジに切り替える。これにより、車両が安定した停止状態においてロック機構を作動させるようにする。
Claims (6)
- 運転者によるシフト操作入力に応じて車両の動力伝達機構の動力伝達状態を制御するシフト制御システムであって、
前記シフト操作入力を受け付けるシフト操作入力部と、
前記シフト操作入力に応じてシフトレンジを切り替え、前記動力伝達機構の動力伝達状態を電気的に制御するシフト制御部と、
ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作に基づき、液圧回路に配置された電磁弁を開閉制御してホイールシリンダ圧を制御することにより、車輪に制動力を付与するブレーキ制御部と、
車速を検出する車速検出部と、
前記ブレーキペダルの操作状態を検出するブレーキ操作検出部と、
を備え、
前記シフト制御部は、前記車両の走行中に前記シフト操作入力としてパーキングレンジへの切替要求があった場合、前記車速検出部により検出される車速が実質的にゼロになり、さらに前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込み量が実質的にゼロになったことが検出されたときに、前記ブレーキ制御部に少なくとも車両の停止が推定される予め定める保持期間ホイールシリンダ圧を所定の保持圧として前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込み時よりも低いホイールシリンダ圧に維持させ、その保持期間の経過後に前記シフトレンジを前記パーキングレンジへ切り替え、前記動力伝達機構の出力軸の回転を固定するロック機構を作動させることを特徴とするシフト制御システム。 - 車両の挙動に基づいてその停止状態を判定する停止状態判定部を備え、
前記保持期間として、前記停止状態判定部により車両の停止状態が判定されるまでの期間が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト制御システム。 - 前記車両の減速度を検出可能なGセンサを備え、
前記停止状態判定部は、前記車速検出部により検出される車速が実質的にゼロになり、かつ前記Gセンサによる出力値が実質的にゼロに収束したときに前記車両が停止状態にあると判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシフト制御システム。 - 前記車両の車高を検出可能な車高センサを備え、
前記停止状態判定部は、前記車速検出部により検出される車速が実質的にゼロになり、かつ前記車高センサにより検出された車高と予め計測した車両停止時の車高との差分が判定基準値よりも小さいときに、前記車両が停止状態にあると判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシフト制御システム。 - 前記保持期間は、前記車両の停車直前の所定時点の減速度が大きいほど短くなるように予め設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト制御システム。
- 前記シフト制御部は、前記ロック機構を作動させた後、前記ブレーキ制御部にホイールシリンダ圧を前記保持圧から徐々に減圧させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシフト制御システム。
