Abstract
【解決手段】 乗員が着座するシートのシートバック32の側部に連なるように車体側部のトランクサイドライニング35を配置し、その前面35aに設けた吸気口36から取り入れた車室内の空気を冷却風としてバッテリを冷却する際に、非使用状態のシートベルト38の少なくとも一部が車体前後方向に見て吸気口36と重なり、かつ前記シートベルト38の少なくとも一部が車幅方向に見て吸気口36との間に所定の隙間bを形成するように配置したので、シートベルト38をシートバック32と重ならないように可及的に車幅方向外側に寄せながら、そのシートベルト38が吸気口36を塞いで冷却風の取り入れを妨げるのを防止することができる。

Claims (9)
- 乗員が着座するシート(33)のシートバック(32)の側部に連なる車体側部の内装部材(35)に、バッテリ(22)を冷却するための空気を冷却風として車室内から取り入れるための吸気口(36)を設けたバッテリの冷却風取入構造において、
非使用状態のシートベルト(38)の少なくとも一部を、前記吸気口(36)と重なり、かつ前記シートベルト(38)の後面と前記吸気口(36)との間に所定の隙間(b)を形成するように配置したことを特徴とするバッテリの冷却風取入構造。 - 前記吸気口(36)の車幅方向の幅(Wi)は前記シートベルト(38)の車幅方向の幅(Wb)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記吸気口(36)が設けられた前記内装部材(35)の前面(35a)を、前記シートバック(32)の前面(32a)よりも車体後方にオフセットさせたことにより、前記所定の隙間(b)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記吸気口(36)が設けられた前記内装部材(35)の前面(35a)に前記シートベルト(38)の後面に当接する隙間形成部材(35e,35f)を突設することで、前記非使用状態のシートベルト(38)を前記吸気口(36)から車体前方に浮き上がらせたことにより、前記所定の隙間(b)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記隙間形成部材(35e)が前記シートベルト(38)の後面に当接する先端部分を、前記シートバック(32)の前面(32a)よりも車体前方に位置させたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記吸気口(36)を、下側ほど車体前方に位置するように傾斜させるとともに、車幅方向内側ほど車体後方に位置するように傾斜させたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記吸気口(36)から車体後方に延びる吸気ダクト(19)の入口部分(19a)の下面を、車体後方側が高くなるように傾斜させたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記シート(33)の側方に配置されたドア(34)の後面を、車体前後方向に見て前記吸気口(36)の車幅方向外側の一部と重なり、かつ車幅方向に見て前記吸気口(36)との間に所定の隙間(d)を形成するように配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
- 前記内装部材(35)が前記シートバック(32)の側面に対向する部分に、前記吸気口(36)から車体後方に延びる吸気ダクト(19)に連なる補助吸気口(40)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載のバッテリの冷却風取入構造。
