Claims (6)
- 補強材料断面を有するパイプライン及びホースライン用のプラグイン接続であって、該接続は、少なくとも一つの止め肩部(2)を形成するノズル(1)及び該ノズルとラッチ係合可能なプラグ(7)を有し、プラグ(7)は、ノズル(1)の止め肩部(2)の少なくとも一つの後部でラッチ係合する止め金脚部(10)を備えた少なくとも一つの止め金バネ(9)を支持し、かつプラグ(7)は止め金バネ開口部(8)を有し、それは少なくとも止め金バネ開口部(8)の領域で二重壁で形成され、内側及び外側スリーブが前端部(21)に同じ材料で作られたジョイント部を有し、そこでは内側及び外側スリーブの内側方向に位置する面が離れて互いに平行であり、かつ、より強い静的及び動的引っ張り力に耐えることができることを特徴とする、パイプライン及びホースライン用のプラグイン接続。
- 二重壁(21)が、少なくとも止め金バネ開口部(8)領域で共に押し潰されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラグイン接続。
- 二重壁(21)が、止め金バネ開口部(8)の領域の外側で相互に大きく離れており、そこでは二重壁が平行でかつ放射状に位置する端壁により互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプラグイン接続。
- 二つの対向するラッチ係合部材が、U字形状の止め金バネ(9)の平行で相互に配置された止め金脚部(10)により形成されること、及び止め金バネ(9)の止め金脚部(10)が、プラグ(7)中の相互に平行な止め金バネ開口部(8)内に食い込むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の一つに記載のプラグイン接続。
- 3番目のラッチ係合位置が、止め金バネ(9)上に配置された移動止めクリップ(5)により形成され、移動止めクリップは、プラグ(7)中の関連した止め金バネ開口部(6)の中を延び、かつノズル(1)の止め肩部(2)の傾斜面(3)に面し、かつ止め肩部(2)の後部でラッチ係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の一つに記載のプラグイン接続。
- プラグイン接続の密封が、プラグ(7)中に組込まれたシールリング(12)により提供され、そこでは、シールリング(12)は外側に傾いたシールリップ(13)を有し、かつ止め肩部(2)の傾斜面(3)と密封接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の一つに記載のプラグイン接続。
