Description
である。内袋は所定のガスバリア性を必要とすることから、ある程度の厚さを必要とし、15μm以上としている。一方で、真空断熱材として外包材内にあるときは芯材よりも熱伝導率が高くなるため、熱伝導層となりうるものであり、50μm以下としている。
さらに減圧時には無機繊維積層体と内袋との間にテント張りの状態の対流空間を作ることがない。
従って原綿はこの圧縮時に当然内袋21の隙間を埋めるよう外周方向に広がる。
即ち、図10に示すものは内袋21の耳部21aを含めて熱溶着し、W3を得るようにしたものである。このものは、外包材19単体で一旦熱溶着(図9のW2部)した時、内袋21のサンドイッチ部W3を再度熱溶着する形になるので、作業工程はふえるが内袋を熱溶着時の溶着材とすることが出来るので溶着の信頼性は一段と向上するものである。
所が従来の真空断熱材24であると、芯材25がバインダーにより硬化され、ボード化されていることより端面は図に示すような切断面となる。
Claims (4)
- 内袋内に柔軟性を有する無機繊維の積層体が収納され減圧状態で端部が丸みをおびて保持されたバインダーを含まない芯材と、この芯材を収納する外包材とを備え、
前記内袋は熱溶着可能なポリエチレンフィルムとし、
前記外包材は外側に設けられた金属層と内側に設けられ熱溶着可能なポリエチレンフィルムの層とで形成され、その内部を減圧し溶着密封され、
前記外包材の溶着部内に前記内袋の溶着部を位置させた4重部が熱溶着され一体化され、該一体化された4重部は前記外包材と前記芯材との間に対流空間を有することなく前記芯材の端部の丸みに沿って折り曲げられたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。 - 前記無機繊維の積層体としてグラスウール、グラスファイバー、アルミナ繊維、シリカアルミナ繊維とした請求項1記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記内袋の肉厚を15〜50μmとした請求項1又は2に記載の真空断熱材。
- 外箱と内箱とによって形成される断熱空間に真空断熱材を配置してなる冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱材は、内袋内に柔軟性を有する無機繊維の積層体が収納され減圧状態で端部が丸みをおびて保持されたバインダーを含まない芯材と、この芯材を収納する外包材とを備え、
前記内袋は熱溶着可能なポリエチレンフィルムとし、
前記外包材は外側に設けられた金属層と内側に設けられ熱溶着可能なポリエチレンフィルムの層とで形成され、その内部を減圧し溶着密封され、
前記外包材の溶着部内に前記内袋の溶着部を位置させた4重部が熱溶着され一体化され、該一体化された4重部は前記外包材と前記芯材との間に対流空間を有することなく前記芯材の端部の丸みに沿って折り曲げられたことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
