Description
図1は本発明に係る実施形態の冷蔵庫1を斜め前方から見た斜視図であり、図2は図1のA−A線断面図である。
次に、真空断熱材21の製造方法について、図6,図7を用いて説明する。図6は、真空断熱材21の芯材23を内袋に収納する製造工程を経時的に示す断面図であり、図7は、芯材23を外包材24に収納する製造工程を経時的に示す断面図である。なお、図6,図7における芯材23内の積層体25(25a,25b,25c,25d)の内部の横線は繊維の方向を示すものであり、そのピッチは厚みの変化を無視して示している。
次に、図8,図9,図10を用いて、側面板11に並列に配置されている放熱パイプ20(図4,図5(a)参照)の間の寸法をW1(例えば、200mm)とした理由を説明する。
次に、図11において、上記説明とは異なる真空断熱材について説明する。異なる点は、内袋を用いない点である。図11(a)では、原綿を所定寸法に切断し、積層体としている。次に、図11(b)では、バインダー等の硬化剤を塗布した後、プレス機等をもって25分の1位迄に圧縮し、厚み8〜15mmの芯材を製造している。図11(c)では、芯材を外包材で包み、その外包材内を芯材の形状に合わせて減圧した後、開放部を溶着し、真空断熱材としている。

Claims (3)
- 外箱の内側に配置された真空断熱材と、該真空断熱材と前記外箱との間に配置された放熱パイプと、を備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱材は、繊維集合体の芯材と、該芯材を収納する外包材とを有し、前記外包材内を減圧して、
前記芯材は一部に間隔を空けて積層体が積層されて、前記間隔に対向する前記積層体は該間隔に向けて湾曲形状となり、該湾曲形状に沿って凹部が形成されて、該凹部に前記放熱パイプを配置したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 繊維集合体の芯材と、該芯材を収納する外包材とを有し、前記外包材内を減圧した真空断熱材において、
前記芯材は一部に間隔を空けて積層体が積層されて、前記間隔に対向する前記積層体は該間隔に向けて湾曲形状となり、該湾曲形状に沿って凹部が形成されたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。 - 前記凹部が形成される反対側の前記積層体は、前記凹部の周囲に位置する前記積層体よりも積層幅が狭いことを特徴とする、請求項2記載の真空断熱材。
