真空断熱材228,229,230,242の気体吸着材は、中心よりも庫内側(内箱側)に配設されている。また、冷蔵室202と冷凍室214を断熱区画する断熱仕切り部215の内部は、硬質ウレタンフォーム226が充填されており、冷蔵温度帯の冷蔵室202と冷凍温度帯の冷凍室214の温度差20Kから30Kを断熱していると共に、中仕切りとなっているため剛性が強く箱体強度の高い冷蔵庫となる。断熱仕切り部215は冷蔵庫の発泡前に組み立てられるが、製造上の作り易さから発泡後に組み立てても良い。この場合は、断熱仕切り部215の内部の断熱材は、形状の作りやすい発泡ポリスチレンを使用したり、硬質ウレタンフォーム226を別部品として作成し板状のボードとして構成しても良い。

Claims (2)
- 複数の断熱区画で構成された断熱箱体と、前記断熱箱体を仕切る断熱仕切り部とを備えた複数の温度帯で構成された冷蔵庫で、少なくとも繊維材料を含む芯材と、包材からなる袋内包された気体吸着材と、水分吸着材とを備えた真空断熱材を搭載し、前記真空断熱材表面に凸状に備えられた前記気体吸着材は、前記真空断熱材のうち冷蔵庫の庫内側(内箱側)に配設したもので、前記真空断熱材に備えられた前記気体吸着材および水分吸着材は、前記真空断熱材のうち、空気抜き部の末端位置に搭載されたもので、前記気体吸着材および水分吸着材はそれぞれ独立して併設され、前記気体吸着材にのみ突起部材を内包することを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
- 前記真空断熱材に備えられた前記気体吸着材は、前記真空断熱材の寸法に対して、1m 3 あたり60g以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
