Claims (4)
- 外箱と内箱間に発泡断熱材を充填した断熱箱体と、前記外箱の内面側に配される放熱パイプと、芯材を外被材で覆って内部が減圧されるとともに前記放熱パイプが嵌められる溝部を設けて前記放熱パイプに対して前記内箱側に配された真空断熱パネルとを備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱パネルは、前記溝部を形成した面の裏面に前記溝部に対向して形成されるとともに前記溝部よりも長手方向に垂直な方向の幅が広い凸部を有し、
前記凸部は前記発泡断熱材内に突出し、
前記真空断熱パネルはその内部が減圧された後に前記溝部及び前記凸部が形成されたものであり、
前記溝部の側壁及び前記凸部の側壁は傾斜しているとともに、前記凸部の側壁は前記溝部の側壁よりも傾斜が緩やかであることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記放熱パイプは前記溝部に接して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記外被材は端部を接着して封止され、前記凸部が配される側にアルムニウム箔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 芯材を外被材で覆って内部が減圧される真空断熱パネルにおいて、
一面に設けられる溝部と、前記溝部を形成した面の裏面に前記溝部に対向して形成されるとともに前記溝部よりも長手方向に垂直な方向の幅が広い凸部とを有し、
前記内部が減圧された後に前記溝部及び前記凸部が形成され、
前記溝部の側壁及び前記凸部の側壁は傾斜しているとともに、前記凸部の側壁は前記溝部の側壁よりも傾斜が緩やかであることを特徴とする真空断熱パネル。
