本发明涉及一种池外节能动态真空密封方法。作为保温,世上没有何种技术能比真空更好;目前未能解决超细微孔透气问题,使大型设备无法应用真空保温。本技术在真空机将密封空心板抽真空的前后,用勺壳装少量金属熔浆液,淋盖密封真空板焊接或卷摺处,令金属熔浆液堵塞超细微孔,继续抽真空,在达到要求的真空度时,将真空板的连接管封密后切断,与真空机分离,获永久性真空板。用永久性真空板覆盖大型的冷热设备,令大型冷热设备外壁温度保持室温,能高效率阻止锅炉壁热能散失,阻止冷库温度降低,达到最大节能效果。金属熔浆液池容积有限,难加工特大特长物件。勺壳用量少,不用熔浆液池,节约热能,物件在池外易加工,降低成本。若用永久性真空板做新型电冰箱,能比电冰箱再节电80%。

池外节能动态真空密封方法
作为保温、隔音,世上没有何种技术能比真空更好;因目前未能解决超细微孔的透气问题,所以大型设备无法应用真空保温、隔音。金属熔浆液池容积有限,难加工特大特长物件,本技术提出的池外节能动态真空密封方法,能解决上述问题。
池外节能动态真空密封方法,其有益效果是,加工特大特长物件,节约大量热能,降低成本;堵塞超细微孔,令大型的冷热设备外壁温度保持室温,减除噪音;令电冰箱再节电80%;实现廉价远程管道高温送热等。
池外节能动态真空密封方法,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用金属板做成密封空心板,连接管伸进密封空心板内焊接封密,真空机连接密封空心板的连接管封密;启动真空机将密封空心板抽真空;用勺壳装金属熔浆液淋盖密封真空板的焊接或卷摺处,令金属熔浆液堵塞超细微孔,继续抽真空,在真空板达到要求的真空度时,将真空板的连接管封密后切断,与真空机分离;从而使池外节能动态真空密封方法得以运行。
所说的金属熔浆液,可为锌锡铜银黄金等等。
金属板在焊接时,必然产生探伤仪也无法探测的超细微孔,若用它做真空板,空气就会慢慢地进入真空板,就令真空板失去真空,不能长久保持真空,这是较大设备未能使用真空板保温的原因之一;未镀锌的金属薄板在显微镜下观看,会有超细微孔存在,是原因之二;本技术利用大气压力使熔浆液进入超细微孔内堵塞超细微孔,冷却后就能避免空气进入真空板,使真空板长久保持真空。本技术以前介绍的池外动态真空密封方法,需用金属熔浆液池方能实施;金属熔浆液池容积有限,难加工特大特长物件,用勺壳装金属熔浆液,淋盖密封真空板的焊接或卷摺处就解决这个难题;此外,在池外淋盖物件,无需加热一池金属熔浆液;因勺壳装金属熔浆液的浆液量少,只需加热一锅金属熔浆液就足够,不需要体积大的金属熔浆液池,因此节约大量热能,在池外淋盖物件,加工容易,降低成本。
用薄板做空心板时,因板薄一焊就穿孔,不能焊接法,只能用卷摺法将薄板边卷起摺边做成空心板。

1.池外节能动态真空密封方法,其特征是,用金属板做成密封空心板,连接管伸进密封空心板内焊接封密,真空机连接密封空心板的连接管封密;启动真空机将密封空心板抽真空;用勺壳装金属熔浆液淋盖密封真空板的焊接或卷摺处,令金属熔浆液堵塞超细微孔,继续抽真空,在真空板达到要求的真空度时,将真空板的连接管封密后切断,与真空机分离;从而使池外节能动态真空密封方法得以运行。
