Description
Claims (5)
- 流体流路に流体流量を調整すべく設けられ、可動範囲が機構的に規制される流量調整弁と、該流量調整弁を駆動するステッピングモータと、該ステッピングモータにモータ駆動回路を介してパルスを供給し、その供給するパルス数によって該ステッピングモータよる流量調整弁の変位量を制御する制御手段とを備えた電動弁装置において、
前記モータ駆動回路および制御手段が電源電力を受けつつ前記流体流路が遮断されているときに、前記流量調整弁の可動範囲の両端のうちの第1端寄りの所定位置に該流量調整弁を変位させるように前記ステッピングモータにパルスを供給するモータ待機動作制御手段と、少なくとも前記モータ駆動回路および制御手段への電源電力の供給の停止後に該電源電力の供給が再開されたとき、前記流量調整弁の可動範囲の両端のうちの第2端を該流量調整弁の原点位置とし、前記第1端から原点位置まで該流量調整弁を変位させ得る所定数のパルスを前記ステッピングモータに供給して該流量調整弁を原点位置に変位させる原点出し制御手段とを前記制御手段に備えたことを特徴とする電動弁装置。 - 前記原点出し制御手段が前記ステッピングモータに供給するパルスの電圧は、少なくとも前記流体流路の流体流量の調整時に前記制御手段が前記ステッピングモータに供給するパルスの電圧よりも低い電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動弁装置。
- 前記流量調整弁は、ガスコンロのバーナへのガス供給路に、該バーナへのガス流量を調整すべく設けられた火力調整弁であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動弁装置。
- 前記第1端は、前記可動範囲の両端のうち、前記バーナの点火を行うときの前記火力調整弁の変位位置としてあらかじめ定められた点火位置により近い方の一端であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動弁装置。
- 前記ガスコンロは、前記バーナ、火力調整弁、ステッピングモータおよびモータ駆動回路の組を複数組備えることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の電動弁装置。
