Description
Claims (5)
- 유체유로에 유체유량이 조절되게 설치되고, 가동범위가 기계적으로 규제되는 유량조절밸브와, 그 유량조절밸브를 구동하는 스테핑모터와 그 스테핑모터에 모터 구동회로를 개재하여 펄스를 공급시키고, 그 공급된 펄스수에 따라 그 스테핑 모터에 의해 유량조절밸브의 변위량을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 전동밸브장치에 있어서,상기 모터 구동회로 및 제어수단이 전원전력을 계속 받으면서 상기 유체유로가 차단되고 있을 때, 상기 유량조절밸브의 가동범위의 양단 중 제1단에 근접한 소정위치에 그 유량조절밸브를 변위시키도록 상기 스테핑모터에 펄스를 공급하는 모터대기동작제어수단과, 적어도 상기 모터구동회로 및 제어수단의 전원전력공급과 정지후에 그 전원전력의 공급이 재개되었을 때, 상기 유량조절밸브의 가동범위의 양단 중 제2단을 그 유량조절밸브의 원점위치로 하고, 상기 제1단에서 원점위치까지 그 유량조절밸브를 변위시켜 얻는 소정수의 펄스를 상기 스테핑모터로 공급하여 그 유량조절밸브를 원점위치로 변위시킨 원점복귀제어수단을 상기 제어수단에 구비하고,상기 유량조절밸브는 가스렌지의 버너의 가스공급로에 이 버너의 가스유량을 조절될 수 있도록 설치한 화력조절밸브이고,상기 가동범위의 양단(兩端)중, 상기 버너점화를 행할 때 상기 화력조절밸브의 변위위치는 설정된 점화위치보다 가까운 쪽의 일단(一段)에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원점복귀제어수단이, 상기 스테핑모터로 공급하는 펄스의 전압은 적어도 상기 유체유로의 유체유량조절시에 상기 제어수단이 상기 스테핑모터로 공급하 는 펄스의 전압보다도 낮은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동밸브장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스렌지는 상기 버너, 화력조절밸브, 스테핑 모터 및 모터 구동회로의 조(祖)를 복수조로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동밸브장치.
