Description
しかしながら、最近、硬質のレンズシートにおいて、その製造時にシートに反りが生じたり、あるいはレンズシートが使用条件により60℃程度の高温下で使用されその後室温に戻された際にレンズ形状が変形し、得られる映像に歪みが生じる場合があるという問題があった(特許文献1)。
レンズシートに耐熱性を付与する目的では、多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを多用することにより硬化物中の架橋密度を上げる手法を挙げることができるが(特許文献2)、硬化物の軟化点が増大させることができる、すなわち、耐熱性が改善される効果を有する反面、硬化時の反りが増加するという欠点があった。このため、硬化時の反りを抑制しつつ良好な耐熱性が得られる技術が望まれていた。
(A)式(1)
で表される構造を有する(メタ)アクリレートのうち少なくとも一種、
(B)(A)と異なる3官能以上の(メタ)アクリレート、
(C)光ラジカル重合開始剤、
(D)水酸基価が10〜100のポリカーボネートポリオール
を含有し、かつ、組成物中の全アクリル系成分の5〜50重量%がメタクリレート化合物であることを特徴とする光硬化性組成物;並びに当該光硬化性組成物を硬化させてなる光学部材を提供するものである。

ノベンゾフェノン、ミヒラーケトン、ベンゾインプロピルエーテル、ベンゾインエチルエーテル、ベンジルジメチルケタール、1−(4−イソプロピルフェニル)−2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチルプロパン−1−オン、2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニルプロパン−1−オン、チオキサントン、ジエチルチオキサントン、2−イソプロピルチオキサントン、2−クロロチオキサントン、2−メチル−1−[4−(メチルチオ)フェニル]−2−モルホリノ−プロパン−1−オン、2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイルジフェニルフォスフィンオキサイド、ビス−(2,6−ジメトキシベンゾイル)−2,4,4−トリメチルペンチルフォスフィンオキシド、下記式(5)で表される開始剤等が挙げられる。
で表される単官能モノマー等が挙げられるほか、(メタ)アクリロイル基やビニル基を分子中に2つ有する不飽和モノマーとして、1,4−ブタンジオールジアクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、1,9−ノナンジオールジアクリレートなどのアルキルジオールジアクリレート、エチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラエチレングリコールジアクリレート、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレートなどのポリアルキレングリコールジアクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリシクロデカンメタノールジアクリレート等が挙げられる。中でも、アクリロイルモルホリン、N−ビニルピロリドン、N−ビニルカプロラクタム、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、1,9−ノナンジオールジアクリレート等が特に好ましい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの配合量は、本発明の硬化性組成物中に4.99〜40重量%が好ましく、4.99〜20重量%がさらに好ましい。
TC−110S、HDDA、NPGDA、TPGDA、PEG400DA、MANDA、HX−220、HX−620(以上、日本化薬(株)製)、FA−511A、512A、513A(以上、日立化成(株)製)、VP(BASF製)、ACMO、DMAA、DMAPAA(以上、興人(株)製)等が挙げられる。
表1記載の各成分を仕込み、液温度を50〜60℃に制御しながら1時間攪拌し、粘度500〜10000cps/25℃の液状硬化性組成物を得た。表1に記載の各成分の添加量は、重量部である。
表1のウレタンアクリレートは、以下の方法により合成した。撹拌機を備えた反応容器に2,4−トリレンジイソシアネート35.47重量%、ジラウリル酸ジ−n−ブチル錫0.08重量%、2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−p−クレゾール0.02重量%を仕込んだ。撹拌しながら温度が30℃以下に保たれるように2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート23.65重量%を滴下した。滴下終了後、30℃で1時間反応させた。次に、ビスフェノールAエチレンオキシド付加ジオール(エチレンオキシド構造単位の数=4;平均分子量=400)を40.77重量%加え、50〜70℃で2時間反応を続けた。残留イソシアネートが0.1重量%以下になった時を反応終了とした。
1.屈折率の測定
ガラス板上にアプリケーターバーを用いて液状硬化性組成物を塗布し、それに空気雰囲気下、1.0J/cm2の紫外線を照射し、厚さ200μmの硬化膜を得た。JIS K7105に従い、アタゴ(株)製アッベ屈折計を用いて、この硬化膜の25℃における屈折率を測定した。
125μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム上にアプリケーターバーを用いて液状硬化性組成物を40μm厚になるように塗布し、それに窒素雰囲気下、250mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射し、硬化膜を得た。得られた硬化膜の透明性を目視にて観察し、異物、塗りムラ、はじき、白濁、失透等の異常発生の有無を判定した。これらの異常のいずれも見られない場合を○、いずれか一つでも見られる場合を×とした。
透明性評価と同様にして、硬化膜を得た。次いで、本サンプルを1cm角にカットし、セイコー電子工業製熱機械分析装置(TMA)を用いて、温度を変えながら試験片に5mmφの円柱状の石英棒を20gfの荷重で押し付け、試験片厚の変位量を測定した。この際、昇温速度を5℃/分とした。変位量は昇温とともに増加するが、減少に転じる変曲点を軟化点として測定した。変曲点が50℃未満であると、本硬化性組成物でレンズシートを作製した場合、高温でレンズ形状が変形し不具合が生じる恐れがあるため「×」とし、50℃以上60℃未満の場合を「○」、60℃以上の場合を「◎」とした。
本測定は紫外線の照射直後、硬化膜をさらに60℃で3日間加熱した後に行った。
透明性評価と同様にして、硬化膜を得た。次いで、本サンプルを8cm角にカットし、硬化塗膜を上面にして平坦な机の上に置き、机からのサンプル四隅の高さを測定し、その平均値を反り量と定義した。反り量が20mmを超えると、本硬化性組成物でレンズシートを作製した場合、レンズがカールし、輝度などの光学特性に問題が生ずる恐れがあるため「×」とし、20mm以下である場合を「○」、10mm以下である場合を「◎」とした。
本測定は紫外線の照射直後、および硬化膜を60℃で3日間加熱した後に85℃で30分再加熱した直後に行った。

Claims (5)
- 次の成分(A)〜(D):
(A)式(1)
で表される構造を有する(メタ)アクリレートのうち少なくとも一種、
(B)(A)と異なる3官能以上の(メタ)アクリレート、
(C)光ラジカル重合開始剤、
(D)水酸基価が10〜100のポリカーボネートポリオール
を含有し、かつ、組成物中の全アクリル系成分の5〜50重量%がメタクリレート化合物であることを特徴とする光硬化性組成物。 - 硬化物の25℃における屈折率が1.55以上である請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 硬化物の軟化点が40℃以上である請求項1又は2に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 光学部材形成用である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の光硬化性組成物を硬化させてなる光学部材。
