Description
上記B糸は、引き揃え糸であることが好ましい。
上記ポリエステル織物は、カレンダー加工を施したものであり、経緯の引裂強度が7N以上であり、通気度が1.2cc/cm2/sec以下であることが好ましい。
本発明は、上記ポリエステル織物からなることを特徴とするダウンプルーフ織物でもある。
本発明は、上記ポリエステル織物からなるダウンプルーフ織物からなる袋体、及び、上記袋体中に詰められた保温材からなることを特徴とする保温性素材でもある。
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
上記ポリエステルフィラメントAは、丸断面であっても異型断面であってもよい。
CF=(セグメント繊度)1/2×(セグメント本数/2.5cm)
で表される。
上記処理のなかでも、カレンダー加工を施したものであることが好ましい。上記カレンダー加工を施すことにより、上記ポリエステル織物の間隙が埋められ、防水性、保温性等を高めることができる。上記カレンダー加工を施したポリエステル織物は、例えば、傘地、ダインプルーフ織物等として好適に用いることができる。
使用したA糸、B糸、糸構成比率等を表2に示したように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして織物を調製し、評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。
ダウンプルーフ性
12cm四方の織物を2枚に合わせ、その中に羽毛1gを10cm四方になるように詰め、2枚の織物を縫い合わせた。その後、手で2枚に折り合わせて、ダウンプルーフ性の評価を行った。
織物表面に羽毛が出ていた数が0〜1個:○
羽毛の数が2〜5個:△
羽毛の数が6個以上:×
JIS L−1096剛軟性の測定6.19.4 D法(ハートループ法)に基づき評価した。基準は以下の通りである。
○:70mm以上(柔らかい)
×:60mm以上〜70mm未満(コシがあり、硬い)
××:60mm未満(非常に硬い)
12cm四方の織物を2枚に合わせ、その中に羽毛1gを10cm四方になるように詰め、2枚の織物を縫い合わせた。その時の最大厚みについて測定した。
厚み30mm以上:○
厚み25mm以上〜30mm未満:×
厚み25mm未満:××
16cm×16cmの織物を4つ折して約2cm四方になるよう折りたたみ、4gの加重を載せてその時の厚みを測定した。
○:4mm未満
×:4mm以上
××:6mm以上
Claims (7)
- トータルカバーファクターが1500以上で目付が45g/m2以下であるポリエステル織物であって、
トータル繊度25dtex(デシテックス)以下、単糸繊度が2.0dtex以下のポリエステルマルチフィラメントA糸及びトータル繊度35dtex以上のマルチフィラメントB糸からなり、
経方向、緯方向それぞれの糸配列は、B糸/A糸の糸構成比率が1/4〜1/20(本数比)であり、A糸とB糸とのピッチが7mm以下である
ことを特徴とするポリエステル織物。 - B糸は、引き揃え糸である請求項1記載のポリエステル織物。
- ポリエステル織物は、カレンダー加工を施したものであり、経緯の引裂強度が7N以上であり、通気度が1.2cc/cm2/sec以下である請求項1又は2記載のポリエステル織物。
- 請求項1又は2記載のポリエステル織物からなることを特徴とする傘地。
- 請求項1又は2記載のポリエステル織物からなることを特徴とするダウンプルーフ織物。
- 請求項1又は2記載のポリエステル織物からなるダウンプルーフ織物からなることを特徴とする袋体。
- 請求項6記載の袋体と、前記袋体中に詰められた保温材とからなることを特徴とする保温性素材。
