Claims (10)
- 乾燥対象を収容する乾燥室と、前記乾燥室内の空気を加熱する加熱手段と、金属イオンを水に溶出させる溶出手段と、前記乾燥室に前記金属イオンを溶出した水の微細水滴を供給する供給手段とを備え、前記加熱手段で前記乾燥室を加熱し、前記供給手段で前記乾燥対象に前記微細水滴を供給し、加熱された乾燥対象の熱によって、乾燥対象に付着した微細水滴を蒸発させることを特徴とする乾燥機。
- 乾燥対象を収容する乾燥室と、前記乾燥室内の空気を加熱する加熱手段と、金属イオンを水に溶出させる溶出手段と、前記乾燥室に前記金属イオンを溶出した水の微細水滴を供給する供給手段とを備え、前記加熱手段で前記乾燥室を加熱し、前記供給手段で前記乾燥対象に前記微細水滴を供給することにより、乾燥対象の表面に格子欠陥を有する金属化合物の結晶を生成させることを特徴とする乾燥機。
- 乾燥対象を収容する乾燥室と、前記乾燥室を回転させる駆動手段と、前記乾燥室内の空気を加熱する加熱手段と、金属イオンを水に溶出させる溶出手段と、前記乾燥室に前記金属イオンを溶出した水の微細水滴を供給する供給手段とを備え、前記駆動手段にて前記乾燥室を回転させ、前記加熱手段で乾燥室を加熱し、前記供給手段で前記乾燥対象に前記微細水滴を供給することにより、乾燥対象の表面に格子欠陥を有する金属化合物の結晶を生成させることを特徴とする乾燥機。
- 乾燥対象を収容する乾燥室と、前記乾燥室を回転させる駆動手段と、前記乾燥室内の空気を加熱する加熱手段と、銀イオンを水に溶出させる溶出手段と、前記乾燥室に前記銀イオンを溶出した水の微細水滴を供給する供給手段とを備え、前記駆動手段にて前記乾燥室を回転させ、前記加熱手段で乾燥室を加熱し、前記供給手段で前記乾燥対象に前記微細水滴を供給することにより、乾燥対象の表面に格子欠陥を有する銀化合物の結晶を生成させることを特徴とする乾燥機。
- 前記乾燥室内の空気を除湿する除湿手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記除湿手段は前記乾燥室内の空気を除湿水に接触させることを除湿原理とするものであり、その除湿水は前記供給手段より噴霧されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記乾燥室に外気を導入する外気導入部と乾燥室内の空気を排気する排気部の一方または両方を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記金属イオンを含む微細水滴の生成及びこの微細水滴の前記乾燥対象への供給が、乾燥工程の後半及び/又は乾燥工程終了後に遂行されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記供給手段が、前記乾燥対象に微細水滴を直接噴霧する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記供給手段が、超音波又は可聴音波のエネルギーを利用して微細水滴を生成するものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
