9.前記電気絶縁基体は、管状であり、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、該管状電気絶縁基体の内側にあることを特徴とする1から7のいずれかに記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
10.前記電気絶縁基体は、管状であり、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、該管状電気絶縁基体の外側にあることを特徴とする1から7のいずれかに記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
11.前記少なくとも1つの加熱器は、前記エーロゾル形成基体の端部を加熱するために電気絶縁基体上に1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを含む端部加熱器を含むことを特徴とする1から10のいずれかに記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
12.前記導電トラックが、銀、プラチナ、銅、ニッケル、及びパラジウムのうちの1つ又はそれよりも多くを含み、
前記導電トラックが、金、ニッケル、及びガラスのうちの1つ又はそれよりも多くを用いてメッキされ、
電気絶縁基体が、紙、ガラス、セラミック、陽極酸化金属、被覆金属、及びポリイミドのうちの1つ又はそれよりも多くを含む、
ことのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする1から11のいずれかに記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
13.電気加熱式喫煙システムに使用するための加熱器であって、
電気絶縁基体上の1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラック、
を含み、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、該1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックが抵抗加熱器及び温度センサの両方として作用することができるような抵抗温度係数特性を有する、
ことを特徴とする加熱器。
14.電気加熱式喫煙システムにおける加熱器の使用であって、
加熱器が、電気絶縁基体上に1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを含み、該1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、該1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックが抵抗加熱器及び温度センサの両方として作用することができるような抵抗温度係数特性を有する、
ことを特徴とする加熱器の使用。
15.電気絶縁基体上に1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを含む加熱器を有する電気加熱式喫煙システムに使用するための熱絶縁材料。

Claims (12)
- プラグの形態の固体エーロゾル形成基体を除去可能に受け取るよう構成された電気加熱式喫煙システムであって、前記電気加熱式喫煙システムは、
エーロゾル形成基体を加熱してエーロゾルを形成するための少なくとも1つの加熱器であって、前記少なくとも1つの加熱器は、電気絶縁基体上に1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを含み、前記電気絶縁基体は、巻くのに十分な柔軟性を有しポリイミドからなり、前記加熱器は、管状の形態に巻かれた前記電気絶縁基体により形成された、前記少なくとも1つの加熱器と、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱器に電力を供給し、前記加熱器を所望の温度に維持するための電源と、
を含み、
前記固体エーロゾル形成基体は、前記加熱器とは別個の物品の部分を形成し、
前記固体エーロゾル形成基体が前記喫煙システム内に受け取られた時に、前記固体エーロゾル形成基体のプラグの形態は前記加熱器の管状の形態内に受け取られ、
作動中、ユーザは前記別個の物品を直接に吸煙し、
前記電気加熱式喫煙システムは更に、前記電源から前記少なくとも1つの加熱器までの電力の供給を制御するように配置された電子回路を更に含み、
前記電子回路は、前記電子回路が前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを所望の温度に維持することを可能にするように、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックの温度を示すフィードバック信号を受け取るようにされ、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、各部分が前記電源に別々に接続可能である複数の部分を含む、
ことを特徴とする電気加熱式喫煙システム。 - 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、前記電気絶縁基体の連続的な表面の上にパターンで配列され、前記表面の覆われている部分は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックにより覆われ、前記表面の覆われていない部分は、前記電気絶縁基体の覆われている部分の間に位置するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記フィードバック信号を提供するための温度センサを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを覆う保護層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックが単一のトラックからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックの異なる部分が、異なる持続時間にわたって加熱されるか、異なる温度で加熱されるか、又は、異なる持続時間にわたって異なる温度で加熱されるように、前記電源から前記少なくとも1つの加熱器までの電力の供給を制御するように配置された電子回路を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記電源は前記単一のトラックの中心区画に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- 前記システムは、加熱時に前記エーロゾル形成基体から放出される揮発性タバコ香味化合物を含有するタバコ含有材料を含むエーロゾル形成基体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱式喫煙システム。
- プラグの形態の固体エーロゾル形成基体を除去可能に受け取るよう構成された電気加熱式喫煙システムの製造方法であって、前記製造方法は、
1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを、巻くのに十分な柔軟性を有するポリイミド基体の上に形成する工程と、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックと共に、前記ポリイミド基体を管状に巻く工程と、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックに電源を接続する工程と、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを所望の温度に維持するために、前記電源から前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックまでの電力の供給を制御するようにされた電子回路を提供する工程と、
を含み、
前記固体エーロゾル形成基体は、前記ポリイミド基体とは別個の物品の部分を形成し、
前記固体エーロゾル形成基体が前記喫煙システム内に受け取られた時に、前記固体エーロゾル形成基体のプラグは前記ポリイミド基体の管状の形態内に受け取られ、
作動中、ユーザは前記別個の物品を直接に吸煙し、
前記電子回路は更に、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックの温度を示すフィードバック信号を受け取るようにされ、また前記フィードバック信号に基づいて前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを所望の温度に維持するために、前記電源から前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックまでの電力の供給を制御するようにされ、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックは、各部分が前記電源に別々に接続可能である複数の部分を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを形成する前記工程が、前記ポリイミド基体の全面にわたって箔を付加し、次いで前記箔の一部を取り除いて前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックが残るようにする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを形成する前記工程が、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックを前記ポリイミド基体の連続的な表面の上にパターンで形成して、前記ポリイミド基体の覆われている部分は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックにより覆われ、前記ポリイミド基体の覆われていない部分は、前記ポリイミド基体の覆われている部分の間に位置するようにする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの導電トラックの上に保護層を付加する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
