Description

一种具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烤烟加热技术,尤其涉及一种具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟。
背景技术
目前现有技术中烤烟类电子烟一种采用传统的陶瓷加热或导热的方式加热烟体/烟丝,使用这种技术方案存在以下几点缺陷:
1)         陶瓷在高温下加热下其阻值会越来越大,功率越来越下,最终导致制热能力逐渐失效,使用这种技术对烟体的加热速度很慢;
2)         使用陶瓷加热对温度的控制不灵敏,因为陶瓷的材料特性,其比热容太高,在调控温度大小时,调控不灵敏;
3)         陶瓷的热衰大,容易出现安全隐患;
4)         陶瓷因为其结构特性,不可避免的会有孔隙率,其致密度达不到要求,在烤烟的过程中,从烟体中散发出烟焦油会附着在陶瓷上,虽然每一次的量不多,但是多次、反复、长期的积累,导致烟焦油进入陶瓷上的孔隙中,从而导致陶瓷表面被焦炭、焦油包裹,影响陶瓷的导热性能;
5)         为了满足多次使用加热、拆卸的需求,需要对陶瓷本体的质量和性能作严格的要求,保证陶瓷不会在烤烟的过程中出现龟裂、断裂的问题,但是这种陶瓷在技术上实现比较困难,能够实现的其成本要远远高于电子烟本身;
      由于烧制陶瓷的温度极高,烧制时尺寸难以保证,就导致了大量的不良品,增高了成本;
      将陶瓷制成的加热部替换成其他材料的,存在以下技术困难,因为对烟体加热的温度不能太高,除了在电压上控制意外,还需要对导电体的阻值进行限定,但是对导电体的阻值控制比较难以掌控。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,旨在解决目前现有的陶瓷加热时,加热速度慢、温度调控不灵敏、烟焦油容易浸入陶瓷中,造成加热组件龟裂、加热不均匀等等技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为提供一种具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,包括电池组件、主控制器以及加热组件;所述电池组件用于为所述主控制器以及所述加热模块供电,所述电池组件、所述主控制器以及所述加热组件接封装于一烤烟壳体中;其中,所述电池组件包括一耐热固定座以及嵌入所述耐热固定座中并与所述电池组件相连的玻璃镍片加热体,所述玻璃镍片加热体包括镍片加热部以及覆盖所述镍片加热部的导热玻璃;当加热时,所述玻璃镍片加热体插入专用香烟内;所述玻璃镍片加热体的阻值为0.3欧姆至0.9欧姆之间。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明将现有技术中的陶瓷加热替换成,合金加热,合金不会出现温度越高,阻值变化很大的情况,虽然金属的阻值也会随着温度的变化而变化,但是这种变化是微乎其微的,可以忽略不计。这样就保证了在烤烟过程中,加热组件的功率是恒定不变的,就不会出现使用陶瓷加热,阻值越开越大,因为电压比较小,一般为3.7伏,到最后,几乎不能加热的技术问题。
因为是使用玻璃镍片加热体,使得对温度的调控更加灵敏便捷。
因为玻璃的孔隙率比较低,就算是长此以往,烤烟过程中出现的烟焦油也不会进入玻璃中,有也是微乎其微,不会像陶瓷那般,煤焦油进入陶瓷孔隙中,从而导致陶瓷表面被焦炭、焦油包裹浸入,影响其加热性能的技术问题。玻璃还可以起到保护所述镍片发热部的目的。
因为剥离极少会在长期使用后出现龟裂、断裂的技术问题,所以本发明的使用寿命远远增长。还不会出现,因温度过高,陶瓷烧制尺寸不符合要求而导致的加热组件良品率低下的技术问题。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,其特征在于,所述镍片加热部的阻值为0.5欧姆。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,其特征在于,所述玻璃镍片加热体的形状为片状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,其特征在于,所述玻璃镍片加热体的横截面积为“×”状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,其特征在于,当吸烟达到预设口数或加热时间达到预设时间时,所述主控制器控制所述加热组件停止加热专用香烟。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃镍片加热装置的电子烤烟,其特征在于,当通过热敏电阻检测到所述加热组件的温度达到预设温度后,所述主控制器控制所述加热组件停止加热。
