Abstract

La presente se refiere a una unidad susceptora multicapas para calentar por inducción un sustrato formador de aerosol que comprende al menos una primera y una segunda capa acoplada íntimamente a la primera capa. La primera capa comprende un primer material susceptor. La segunda capa comprende un segundo material susceptor que tiene una temperatura de Curie inferior a 500ºC. La unidad susceptora comprende además una tercera capa acoplada íntimamente a la segunda capa que comprende un material de compensación de tensión específico y un grosor de capa específico tal que después de un procesamiento de la unidad susceptora de múltiples capas, la tercera capa ejerce una tensión de compresión o de tracción sobre el segunda capa al menos en un rango de temperaturas de compensación para contrarrestar una tensión de tracción o de compresión ejercida por la primera capa sobre la segunda capa. El rango de temperaturas de compensación se extiende al menos desde 20 K por debajo de la temperatura de Curie del segundo material susceptor hasta la temperatura de Curie del segundo material susceptor.
