8)別個のバッテリによって駆動される冷却ファン(例えば、統合型のジャンプスタート装置/エアポンプ400を同時に動作させる時に冷却ファンに対して電力を供給するために、別個のバッテリが設けられる)。

6)各々が2つのコンタクトポイント(例えば、スロット1080c)を有した回動接点1080と、

12)O-リング10100と、を含む。
再度説明すると、バッテリケーブル1056、1058(図16)は、カムロック1024a、1024b(図7)又はカムロック1124a、1124b(図22)を介して、車両バッテリジャンプスタート及びエアコンプレッサ装置1010に対して着脱可能に接続することができる。
車両バッテリジャンプ充電装置1010又は1110には、例えば図52~図56に示すように、電気制御スイッチバックライトシステム1200を設けることができる。
携帯型ジャンプスタート及びエアコンプレッサ装置1010又は1110は、例えば、12Vの高負荷の車両又は機器と24Vの高負荷の車両又は機器とのいずれをもジャンプスタートさせ得るという二重の目的のLiイオンジャンプスタート装置として構成することができる。この軽量かつ携帯型のユニットは、12Vでのジャンプスタートモード又は動作モードと、24Vでのジャンプスタートモード又は動作モードと、の間にわたってのスイッチングのために、制御ノブ1018a付きの手動回転制御スイッチ1018を使用する。本発明による任意の上述した携帯型バッテリジャンプスタート装置には、図57~図59に示すように、電気光学位置検出システム1300を設けることができる。
車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置1010又は1110には、例えば、図60に示すように、車両バッテリがジャンプ充電された後の逆充電から保護し得るように構成された、例えば逆充電ダイオードモジュール1148という形態の、デュアルダイオードバッテリブリッジを設けることができる。
車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置1010又は1110は、例えば、車両のジャンプスタートのために使用されるならびに他のシステム機能のために使用される2つの12Vのリチウムバッテリを使用している。これら2つの個々のバッテリは、オペレータが12V車両をジャンプスタートさせるかあるいは24V車両をジャンプスタートさせるかに応じて、直列あるいは並列のどちらでも使用される。
高伝導性フレーム1470の詳細が、図62~図68に示されている。高伝導性フレーム1470は、携帯型バッテリジャンプスタート及びエアコンプレッサ装置1010の図16に示す伝導性配線を、また、車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置110の高伝導性フレーム1170(図22)を、さらに、携帯型バッテリジャンプスタート及びエアコンプレッサ装置1210(図26)及び携帯型車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置1310(図35)の高伝導性フレームを、代替することができる。
本発明によるLiイオンバッテリアセンブリ1133が、図69~図72に示されている。
図79は、ジャンプスタート装置又はジャンプ充電装置2010aと、エアポンプ又はエアコンプレッサ2010bと、充電式バッテリ2010c(例えば、Liイオン充電式バッテリ)と、を含む、ジャンプスタート装置/エアポンプからなる機器2010を示す概略図である。ジャンプスタート装置又はジャンプ充電装置2010aと、エアポンプ又はエアコンプレッサ2010bと、充電式バッテリ2010cとは、単一のカバー2012(例えば、ハウジング又はケーシング)内に配置することができる、あるいはこれに代えて、別個のカバー(例えば、互いに連結された複数のカバー、他のカバー内に入れ子とされた1つのカバー、及び、他のカバー内においてラベル付けされた1つのカバー)内に配置することができる。例えば、エアポンプ又はエアコンプレッサ2010bは、ジャンプスタート装置又はジャンプ充電装置2010aの内部に着脱可能に設置することができる。図79においては、ジャンプスタート装置又はジャンプ充電装置2010aは、エアポンプ又はエアコンプレッサ2010bに対して側方に並置して配置されている。

6)適切な充電器又はコンバータによってDC電源又はAC電源を使用することにより、1つ又は複数のバッテリを充電すること、及び/又は、ジャンプスタート装置又はジャンプ充電装置2010aと、エアポンプ又はエアコンプレッサ2010bと、に対して電力を供給すること(例えば、カバー上に配置された単一のポートであって、電源接続とエア供給接続とを提供するように構成された単一のポート)。
7)様々なモードで冷却ファンを動作させること(例えば、冷却ファンは、ジャンプスタート装置/エアポンプからなる機器2010が動作している場合にのみ動作する、冷却ファンは、ジャンプスタート装置の動作後に動作する、温度レベルが事前設定された内部温度センサが冷却ファンの動作を制御する)。
8)別個のバッテリによって駆動される冷却ファン(例えば、統合型のジャンプスタート装置/エアポンプ2010を同時に動作させる時に冷却ファンに対して電力を供給するために、別個のバッテリが設けられる)。
Claims (17)
- エアポンプを備えた車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置であって
カバーと、
前記カバーの内部に配置された内部電源と、
前記カバーの内部に配置された車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置であり、車両バッテリをジャンプスタートし得るように構成された車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置と、
前記カバーの内部に配置されたエアポンプであり、加圧エアを供給し得るように構成されたエアポンプと、を含み、
前記内部電源は、前記ジャンプスタート装置及び/又は前記エアポンプに対して電力を供給する、車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置。 - 前記内部電源は、充電式バッテリである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記充電式バッテリは、Liイオン充電式バッテリである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- エアホースを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カバーは、前記エアホースに対して連結するためのエア供給ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カバー及び前記エアポンプは、前記エアホースに対して連結するためのエア供給ポートを提供する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記エア供給ポートに対して前記エアポンプを連結するための内部エアホースを更に含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記内部電源は、前記車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置及び前記エアポンプに対して電力を供給する単一のバッテリである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部電源は、前記車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置に対して電力を供給するための第1バッテリと、前記エアポンプに対して電力を供給するための第2バッテリと、を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置又は前記エアポンプに対して選択的に電力を供給するためのスイッチを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スイッチは、前記車両バッテリジャンプスタート装置と前記エアポンプとの双方に対して電力を供給し得るようにも構成されている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 装置を冷却するための内部ファンを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エアポンプは、エアコンプレッサを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エアコンプレッサは、回転式エアコンプレッサである、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記エアポンプは、前記エア供給ポートに対して連結されたエアタンクを更に含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記エアポンプは、前記エア供給ポートに対して連結されている、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 正極出力及び負極出力を提供する少なくとも1つの出力ポートと、
前記正極出力及び前記負極出力に回路接続された車両バッテリ離隔センサであり、前記正極出力と前記負極出力との間に接続された車両バッテリの存在を検出するように構成された車両バッテリ離隔センサと、
前記正極出力及び前記負極出力に回路接続された逆極性センサであり、前記正極出力と前記負極出力との間に接続された車両バッテリの極性を検出するように構成された逆極性センサと、
前記内部電源と前記出力ポートとの間に接続された電源FETスイッチと、
前記車両バッテリ離隔センサ及び前記逆極性センサからの入力信号を受信できるように構成されたマイクロコントローラであり、前記両センサからの、前記出力ポートのところにおける車両バッテリの存在を示す信号に応答して、及び、前記正極出力及び前記負極出力に対しての、前記車両バッテリの正極端子及び負極端子の適正な極性での接続を示す信号に応答して、前記電源FETスイッチをオンとして前記内部電源を前記出力ポートに対して接続するように、前記電源FETスイッチに対して出力信号を提供できるように構成されたマイクロコントローラと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
