Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年8月6日に提出された韓国特許出願第10−2018−0091348号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
金属多孔体としては、銅金属フォームとして、厚さが100μmであるフィルム形態であり、気孔度が約75%程度である銅金属フォームを用いた。厚さが10μmであるアクリル系粘着剤層を有する粘着シート(基材はPET)の前記粘着剤層上に前記金属フォームを位置させた後に約3kgの荷重で加圧した。その後、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて前記加圧された銅フォームの粘着剤層と接触した一面の反対面に20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱して、第1高分子層を形成した。硬化後に粘着シート(PET‐粘着剤層)を除去して複合材を製造した。この後、前記複合材の粘着シートを除去した面に第2高分子層の形成のために、エポキシ樹脂(KUKDO CHEMICAL、レジンYD‐128 + 硬化剤G640)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、80℃のオーブンで60分間加熱して、非対称複合材を製造した。
第2高分子層として、熱硬化性アクリル樹脂(LG化学)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、80℃のオーブンで60分間加熱したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で非対称複合材を製造した。
第2高分子層として、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)及び銅粉末(粒径10μm、デンドライト型)が90:10の重量割合で混合されたコーティング液をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で非対称複合材を製造した。
第2高分子層として、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)及びグラファイト粉末(粒径5μm、フレーク型)が90:10の重量割合で混合されたコーティング液をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で非対称複合材を製造した。
第1高分子層として、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)及び銅粉末(粒径10μm、デンドライト型)が90:10の重量割合で混合されたコーティング液をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱して第1高分子層を形成し、第2高分子層として、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)及び銅粉末(粒径10μm、デンドライト型)が70:30の重量割合で混合されたコーティング液をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱して第2高分子層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で非対称複合材を製造した。
実施例1でアクリル系粘着剤層を有する粘着シートを金属フォームに適用しないこと以外は、同一の方法で複合材を製造した。具体的に、実施例1の銅金属フォーム上にポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、Sylgard184)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて前記銅フォームの一面に20μmの厚さでコーティングし、120℃のオーブンで20分間加熱して、第1高分子層を形成した。硬化後、前記銅フォームの反対面に第2高分子層の形成のためにエポキシ樹脂(KUKDO CHEMICAL、レジンYD‐128 + 硬化剤G640)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて20μmの厚さでコーティングし、80℃のオーブンで60分間加熱して、複合材を製造した。
実施例3〜実施例5で製造した複合材の高分子層に対して、三菱ケミカル社のMCP‐HT450表面抵抗測定機で標準試験方法によって表面抵抗を測定した。表面抵抗の測定は、23℃及び50%の相対湿度環境下で表面抵抗数値を測定した。
実施例1及び実施例2で製造した複合材の第1高分子層又は第2高分子層を25℃、50%の相対湿度下で3日間保管した後、銅プレートに対する前記第1又は第2高分子層の剥離力(剥離速度:5mm/sec、剥離角度:180度)を測定した。

Claims (21)
- 第1高分子層、金属多孔体及び第2高分子層を順に含み、前記第1高分子層と前記第2高分子層は互いに異なる成分を有することを特徴とする非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体は、5μm〜5cmの範囲内の厚さを有するフィルム又はシート形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体は、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、リン、モリブデン、亜鉛、マンガン、クロム、インジウム、スズ、銀、白金、金、アルミニウム、ステンレス及びマグネシウムからなる群より選択された一つ以上の金属又は金属合金を含む骨格を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体は、金属フォームであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体の気孔度が30%〜99%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体は、内部に前記第1高分子層の高分子成分が存在する第1領域及び前記第2高分子層の高分子成分が存在する第2領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記金属多孔体の厚さに対する前記第1領域の厚さは、0.01〜0.99の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記第1高分子層は、JIS K 7194規格によって測定した表面抵抗が10Ω/□以下である電気伝導層であり、前記第2高分子層は、JIS K 7194規格によって測定した表面抵抗が1000Ω/□以上である電気絶縁層であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記第1高分子層の銅金属板に対する剥離力(剥離速度:0.3m/min、剥離角度:180゜)が0.1〜100g/mmであり、前記第2高分子層の銅金属板に対する剥離力(剥離速度:0.3m/min、剥離角度:180゜)が10〜1000g/mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記第1高分子層の25℃で引張弾性率が0.01MPa〜10MPaの範囲内であり、前記第2高分子層の25℃で引張弾性率が100MPa〜1000MPaの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記第1高分子層又は前記第2高分子層は、樹脂成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記樹脂成分は、スチレン系樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリオキシアルキレン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、アクリレート系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、シリコン系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂又はこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の非対称複合材。
- 前記第1高分子層又は前記第2高分子層は、無機粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材。
- 一面に樹脂層が付着されている金属多孔体の他の一面に第1高分子層を適用する段階を含むことを特徴とする非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層は、粘着剤層であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 前記第1高分子層を適用する段階は、第1高分子層溶液を塗布することを含むことを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 適用された前記第1高分子層を硬化又は架橋する段階をさらに行うことを特徴とする請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 前記硬化又は架橋する段階後に、前記樹脂層を除去する段階をさらに行うことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層の残余物を洗浄する段階をさらに行うことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層を除去する段階後に、前記樹脂層が除去された前記金属多孔体の一面に第2高分子層を適用する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
- 適用された前記第2高分子層を硬化又は架橋する段階をさらに行うことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の非対称複合材の製造方法。
