Description
金属多孔体としては、銅金属フォームであって、厚さが約100μm程度のフィルム形状であり、気孔度が略75%程度である銅金属フォームを使用した。厚さが約10μm程度のアクリル系粘着剤層を有する粘着シートの前記粘着剤層上に前記金属フォームを位置させた後、約3Kgの荷重で加圧した。その後、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS,Sylgard 184)をフィルムアプリケーターを用いて前記加圧された銅フォームの粘着剤層と接触した一面の反対面に約20μmの厚さでコートし、120℃のオーブンで20分間熱硬化を行った。硬化後、粘着シートを除去して、複合材を製造した。前記複合材の露出した金属の部分の走査型電子顕微鏡写真を図3に示した。

Claims (10)
- 粘着剤層の少なくとも一部が金属多孔体の気孔内に浸透し、前記金属多孔体の一面に付着しており、前記粘着剤層が存在しない前記金属多孔体の表面に硬化性組成物を適用する段階と、
適用された硬化性組成物を硬化する段階と、を含み、
前記金属多孔体の表面から一部の厚さまで前記硬化性組成物が存在する、複合材の製造方法。 - 前記金属多孔体を前記粘着剤層上に位置させ、前記金属多孔体を加圧して前記粘着剤層を付着する、請求項1に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記金属多孔体は、金属フォームである、請求項1または2に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 硬化段階後に、前記粘着剤層を除去する段階をさらに行う、請求項1に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 粘着剤の残余物を洗浄する段階をさらに行う、請求項4に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記金属多孔体は、厚さが5μm〜5cmのフィルムまたはシート形状である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記金属多孔体の厚さT1および前記粘着剤層の厚さT2の比率T2/T1が、0.05以上1未満の範囲内である、請求項6に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記金属多孔体は、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、リン、モリブデン、亜鉛、マンガン、クロム、インジウム、スズ、銀、白金、金、アルミニウム、ステンレスおよびマグネシウムよりなる群から選ばれる一つ以上の金属または金属合金を含む骨格を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記金属多孔体は、気孔度(porosity)が30%〜99%の範囲内である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材の製造方法。
- 前記硬化性組成物は、アクリル系硬化性組成物、エポキシ系硬化性組成物、イソシアネート系硬化性組成物、ウレタン系硬化性組成物、ポリエステル系硬化性組成物、ポリアミック酸系硬化性組成物、ポリアミド系硬化性組成物、フタロニトリル系硬化性組成物またはシリコン系硬化性組成物である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の複合材の製造方法。
