Description
本出願は装飾部材に関するのである。
[特許文献]
本明細書において、「または」とは、他に定義しない限り、挙げられたものなどを選択的にまたは全て含む場合、すなわち、「および/または」の意味を表す。
本明細書において、ある層の「厚さ」とは、該当層の下面から上面までの最短距離を意味する。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記a+b+x=1であることができる。
前記光吸収層の成分分析は、透過X線成分分析を利用することである。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記光吸収層は、光吸収層の形成時に蒸着条件などを調節することで、様々な形状を有することができる。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記光吸収層は、厚さが異なる2以上の領域を含む。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記光吸収層は、傾斜面を含むことができる。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記装飾部材は、前記色発現層の一面上に備えられた基材を含む。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記色発現層はカラーフィルムをさらに含む。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記色発現層または基材がパターン層を含むことができる。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記パターン層は、非対称構造の断面を有する凸部形状を含む。
本明細書の一実施態様において、前記パターン層は、非対称構造の断面を有する凹部形状を含む。
2)BO1線分をm1:m2の割合で分ける、BO1線分上の任意の点P2を設定する。
3)AB線分をn1:n2の割合で分ける、AB線分上の任意の点O2を設定する。
4)O2O1線分をo1:o2の割合で分ける、O1O2線分上の任意の点P3を設定する。
6)ABP2P3P1多角形が成す形状を凸部の断面とする。
上記で例示した構造の他にも、図31のような種々の凸部または凹部形状の表面を実現することができる。
本明細書において、「無機物層」とは、他に定義しない限り、光吸収層または光反射層を意味する。
本明細書において、保護層が含まれている装飾部材の構造の例示は、下記のとおりである。
以下、実施例を挙げて本出願を具体的に説明するが、本明細書の範囲が下記実施例によって制限されるものではない。
実施例1
PET基材上に紫外線硬化型樹脂を塗布し、傾斜角がそれぞれ20度/70度のプリズム形態のパターン層を形成した。その後、前記パターン層上に、反応性スパッタリング法(reactive sputtering)により光吸収層および光反射層を含む色発現層を形成した。
光吸収層の厚さを20nmに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを30nmに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを40nmに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを50nmに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを60nmに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
銅とニッケルのターゲット重量比wt%をCu:Ni=69:31に変更したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを20nmに調節したことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを30nmに調節したことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを40nmに調節したことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを50nmに調節したことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを60nmに調節したことを除き、実施例4と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
銅とニッケルのターゲット重量比wt%をCu:Ni=29:71に変更したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを20nmに調節したことを除き、実施例7と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを30nmに調節したことを除き、実施例7と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを40nmに調節したことを除き、実施例7と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを50nmに調節したことを除き、実施例7と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
光吸収層の厚さを60nmに調節したことを除き、実施例7と同様の方法により装飾部材を製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で製造された装飾部材の成分比を分析し、各厚さ毎に現れる色相を観察して、下記表3に記録した。
Claims (14)
- 光反射層、および前記光反射層上に備えられた光吸収層を含む色発現層と、前記色発現層の一面上に備えられた基材と、を含み、
前記光吸収層は銅ニッケル酸化物(CuaNibOx)を含み、
前記光吸収層の何れか一点に対して成分分析を行った時に、下記式1で表されるωが0.001以上0.7以下である装飾部材。

前記式2中、T1は、前記成分分析を行った前記光吸収層の何れか一点を含む光吸収層の厚さであり、T0は60nmであり、
前記式3中、aは銅(Cu)の元素含量比を意味し、bはニッケル(Ni)の元素含量比を意味し、xは酸素(O)の元素含量比を意味する。) - 前記Txが0.01以上0.5以下である、請求項1に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記σxが0.1以上5以下である、請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層のCIE LCh色空間(color space)内で色相角(Hue−angle)h*が、315°〜360°および0°〜150°の範囲内である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光反射層は、インジウム(In)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、モリブデン(Mo)、ネオジム(Nb)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、コバルト(Co)、金(Au)、および銀(Ag)から選択される1種または2種以上の材料;その酸化物;その窒化物;その酸窒化物;炭素および炭素複合体からなる群から選択される1種または2種以上の材料を含む単一層または多層である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、400nmの波長で屈折率が0〜8である、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、400nmの波長で消衰係数が0超過4以下である、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、厚さが異なる2以上の点を含む、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記色発現層は、カラーフィルムをさらに含む、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記色発現層または基材がパターン層を含む、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記パターン層は、非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状を含む、請求項10に記載の装飾部材。
- △E*ab>1の異色性を有する、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記基材は、化粧品容器用のプラスチック射出物またはガラス基材を含む、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記プラスチック射出物は、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)、ポリアクリレート(polyacrylate)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリビニルクロリド(PVC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、エチレン−ビニルアセテートコポリマー(EVA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリアミド(polyamide)、およびスチレン−アクリロニトリル共重合体(Styrene−Acrylonitrile copolymer:SAN)のうち1種以上を含む、請求項13に記載の装飾部材。
