Claims (13)
- 基材と、
前記基材上に順次に備えられた第1光吸収層、光反射層、および第2光吸収層を含む無機物層とを含み、
下記数式1で表される△E12が1以上であり、
前記第1光吸収層および前記第2光吸収層と前記光反射層との界面を有し、
前記基材と前記第1光吸収層との間;および前記第2光吸収層の前記光反射層に対向する面のいずれか1つ以上に備えられたパターン層をさらに含み、
前記パターン層は、非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状を含み、
前記凸部または凹部の形状は、少なくとも1つの断面が、傾斜角が互いに異なる第1傾斜辺および第2傾斜辺を含み、
前記第1光吸収層及び前記第2光吸収層は、それぞれ単一層である、装飾部材:

L1*、a1*およびb1*は前記第1光吸収層のCIE明度(L1*)および色度(a1*、b1*)座標値であり、
L2*、a2*およびb2*は前記第2光吸収層のCIE明度(L2*)および色度(a2*、b2*)座標値である。 - L1*:L2*は1.1:1~5:1である、請求項1に記載の装飾部材。
- (a1*)2+(b1*)2:(a2*)2+(b2*)2は2:1~200:1である、請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記第1光吸収層のCIE明度(L1*)が0以上100以下であり、(a1*)2+(b1*)2が300以上28,000以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記第2光吸収層のCIE明度(L2*)が0以上100以下であり、(a2*)2+(b2*)2が10以上28,000以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記第1光吸収層および第2光吸収層は、それぞれ独立して、インジウム(In)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、モリブデン(Mo)、ネオジム(Nd)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、コバルト(Co)、金(Au)、および銀(Ag)から選択される1種または2種以上の材料;その酸化物;その窒化物;その酸窒化物;炭素;および炭素複合体からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の材料を含む単一層である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記第1光吸収層および前記第2光吸収層は、互いに異なる材料を含む単一層である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光反射層は、インジウム(In)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、モリブデン(Mo)、ネオジム(Nd)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、コバルト(Co)、金(Au)、および銀(Ag)から選択される1種または2種以上の材料;その酸化物;その窒化物;その酸窒化物;炭素;および炭素複合体からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の材料を含む単一層または多層である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記第1光吸収層および前記第2光吸収層の厚さは、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ1nm以上1000nm以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記基材と前記第1光吸収層との間;および前記第2光吸収層の前記光反射層に対向する面のいずれか1つ以上に備えられたカラーフィルムをさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記基材は、化粧品容器用プラスチック射出物またはガラス基材を含むものである、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記プラスチック射出物は、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)、ポリアクリレート(polyacrylate)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリビニルクロライド(PVC)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、エチレン-ビニルアセテートコポリマー(EVA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリアミド(polyamide)、およびスチレン-アクリロニトリル共重合体(Styrene-Acrylonitrile copolymer)のうちの1種以上を含むものである、請求項11に記載の装飾部材。
