Description
前記パターン層は、基材層上に硬化性樹脂組成物を塗布し、目的のパターンを有するモールドに圧着した後、硬化させることにより製造することができる。前記モールドは、例えば、平板形態またはロール形態を有することができる。前記モールドとしては、例えば、ソフトモールドまたはハードモールドを使用することができる。
1)AO1線分をL1:L2の比率で分けるAO1線分上の任意の点P1を設定する。
2)BO1線分をm1:m2の比率で分けるBO1線分上の任意の点P2を設定する。
3)AB線分をn1:n2の比率で分けるAB線分上の任意の点O2を設定する。
4)O2O1線分をo1:o2の比率で分けるO1O2線分上の任意の点P3を設定する。
この時、L1:L2、m1:m2、n1:n2およびo1:o2の比率は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して1:1000〜1000:1であってもよい。
5)P1O1P2P3多角形のなす領域を除去する。
6)ABP2P3P1多角形のなす形状を凸部の断面とする。

Claims (17)
- 非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状の表面を含むパターン層と、
前記凸部または凹部形状の表面上に備えられた無機物層とを含み、
眺める方向によって異なる色を示す二色性を有し、
前記凸部または凹部の形状は、傾斜角が互いに異なる第1傾斜面および第2傾斜面を含むものであり、
前記第1傾斜面と第2傾斜面の傾斜角の差は、30度〜70度の範囲内である、
装飾部材。 - 前記非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状は、
少なくとも1つの断面が
傾斜角が異なるか、
屈曲度が異なるか、
辺の形態が異なる2以上の辺を含むものである、
請求項1に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記凸部または凹部形状の表面は、前記凸部または凹部形状を2以上有するものである、
請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記非対称構造の断面の縁は、直線、曲線またはこれらの組み合わせである、

請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記無機物層は、インジウム(In)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、モリブデン(Mo)、ネオジム(Nb)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、コバルト(Co)、金(Au)および銀(Ag)の中から選択される1種または2種以上の材料、その酸化物、窒化物または酸窒化物、炭素および炭素複合体のうちの1種または2種以上の材料を含む単一層または多層である、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 前記パターン層の表面は、前記凸部の間に、前記凸部に比べて高さの小さい第2凸部がさらに配置された形状を有する、

前記パターン層上に順次に備えられた光吸収層および光反射層を含むか、
前記パターン層上に順次に備えられた光反射層または光吸収層を含むものである、

前記パターン層の前記無機物層に対向する面の反対面;または
前記無機物層の前記パターン層に対向する面の反上面に備えられたカラーフィルム
をさらに含む、
請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。 - 非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状の表面を含むパターン層を準備するステップと、
前記パターン層の前記非対称構造の断面を有する凸部または凹部形状の表面上に無機物層を形成するステップと
