Abstract

- 流体入口と流体出口との間に延びる流体流路と、該流体流路内のセラミックヒータとを備えた手持型機器であって、前記流体流路は非線形的であり、前記ヒータも非線形的である、
ことを特徴とする機器。 - 前記ヒータを収容して前記流体流路を取り囲む湾曲したハウジングをさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の機器。 - 前記ヒータは湾曲している、
請求項2に記載の機器。 - 前記ハウジングは直線部及び曲線部を含み、前記ヒータは前記曲線部内に収容される、請求項2又は3に記載の機器。
- 前記ヒータは、セラミック平板及び導電性トラックを含む少なくとも1つの加熱素子を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 前記加熱素子は弓形である、
