Bu buluş, araçlar için en temel halinde, bir hava kanalı içerisine yerleştirilmesi için en az bir üst kapak (2), üst kapak (2) üzerine bir ucunun konumlandırıldığı en az iki gövde plakası (4), gövde plakalarının (4) arasına konumlandırılmış en az bir termal gres (5), termal gres (5) üzerine yerleştirilmiş en az bir PTC (6), gövde plakaları (4) arasında elektrik akımını taşıyan en az bir akım taşıyıcı bar (7), PTC (6) etrafını saracak şekilde yerleştirilmiş en az bir karışım malzemesi (8) ile karakterize edilen bir modüler PTC ısıtma birimi (1) ile ilgilidir.
