Claims (15)

前記金属コーティング材料は、使用の際、前記移動する金属シート(9)上に供給されるものであり、
前記溶融めっき装置(10)は、
前記液体浴(8)のための容器(7)と、
使用の際、前記液体浴(8)を通る前記移動する金属シート(9)をガイドするために、前記液体浴(8)の液面レベル(8’)より下方となるように前記容器(7)内に設けられた少なくとも1つのガイドロール又はシンクロール(1)と、
使用の際、前記液体浴(8)の上方となるように設けられたガスナイフ(4)と、
を備え、
前記ガスナイフ(4)は、使用の際、前記ガスナイフ(4)に沿って通過する前記金属シート(9)上に設けられた前記金属コーティングにワイピングガスを吐出する吐出口(4’)を有し、
前記溶融めっき装置(10)は、使用の際、前記ガイドロール又はシンクロール(1)とともに、少なくとも前記ガスナイフ(4)の位置において、前記金属シート(9)の幅方向の形状に影響を与える少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)を備え、
前記溶融めっき装置(10)は、使用の際、前記金属シート(9)が前記液体浴(8)に入る前に、前記少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)が、前記金属シート(9)に作用可能な位置において、前記液体浴(8)の液面レベル(8’)より上方となるように配置されていることを特徴とする、溶融めっき装置(10)。 - 前記溶融めっき装置(10)が、スナウトを備え、
使用の際、前記金属シート(9)が、前記スナウトを通じて、前記液体浴(8)に移動し、
前記少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)が、前記スナウト内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶融めっき装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)が、モーター駆動装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記ガスナイフ(4)が、前記めっき装置の長さ方向、すなわち、使用の際、前記金属シート(9)が移動する方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき装置。
- 前記ガスナイフ(4)が、移動する金属ストリップ(9)に対して前記ガスナイフを位置決めするための位置決めシステムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記ガイドロール又はシンクロール(1)が、使用の際、前記液体浴(8)内で垂直及び/又は水平に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)が、交換及び/又はメンテナンスを可能とするために、前記スナウト内に取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記ガイドロール又はシンクロール(1)が、使用の際、前記液体浴(8)の液面レベル(8’)より下方となる唯一のロールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記装置が2つの支持ロール(2,3)を有し、そのうちの少なくとも1つが、使用の際、前記金属シート(9)に向かう方向及び前記金属シート(9)から離れる方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記装置が3つの支持ロール(2,3,5)を有し、そのうちの少なくとも1つが、使用の際、前記金属シート(9)に向かう方向及び前記金属シート(9)から離れる方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 前記装置が4つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)を有し、そのうちの少なくとも1つが、使用の際、前記金属シート(9)に向かう方向及び前記金属シート(9)から離れる方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の溶融めっき装置を使用して、移動する金属シート(9)をコーティングする方法であって、
金属シートが、前記めっき装置の容器(7)内の金属の液体浴(8)に入る前に、少なくとも1つの支持ロール(2,3,5,6)上を移動させられ、
前記ガイドロール又はシンクロール(1)が、前記金属の液体浴内の唯一のロールであることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記金属の液体浴(8)が、亜鉛又は亜鉛合金、好ましくは亜鉛アルミニウム合金、亜鉛マグネシウム合金又は亜鉛アルミニウムマグネシウム合金の液体浴であること、あるいは、前記金属の液体浴(8)が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金、好ましくはアルミニウムシリコン合金の液体浴であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記支持ロール(2,3,5,6)の少なくとも1つが、前記移動する金属シート(9)に向かう方向及び前記移動する金属シート(9)から離れる方向に移動可能であるとともに、前記金属シートが前記ガスナイフ(4)の下流に移動する際、前記コーティングの横断形状を測定する装置によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記支持ロール(2,3,5,6)の少なくとも1つが、前記移動する金属シート(9)に向かう方向及び前記移動する金属シート(9)から離れる方向に移動可能であるとともに、前記金属シートが前記ガスナイフ(4)の下流に移動する際、前記金属シートの横断形状を測定する装置によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
