Claims (4)
- 포트(20) 내부에 설치된 싱크롤(30)을 통과한 강판(10)의 일면에 접촉되어 강판(10)의 반곡을 교정하도록 강판(10)의 일측에 설치된 하부 교정수단(40)과, 상기 강판(10)의 타면에 접촉되어 강판(10)의 진동을 완충하도록 강판(10)의 타측에 설치된 진동 방지수단(50)과, 상기 강판(10)의 잠열을 냉각하는 잠열 냉각부(80)의 입측 및 출측에 각각 설치된 상부 교정수단(90)을 포함하고,상기 하부 교정수단(40)은 제1힌지(44)를 매개로 회전 가능하게 설치된 제1브래킷(43)과, 상기 제1브래킷(43)에 설치된 하부 교정롤(41)과, 상기 하부 교정롤(41)의 하부에 위치되게 제1브래킷(43)에 설치된 하부 예비롤(42)과, 상기 제1브래킷(43)을 선택적으로 회전시키도록 하부 베이스(100)에 설치된 제1실린더(45)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판의 반곡 교정장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동 방지수단(50)은 제2힌지(54)를 매개로 회전 가능하게 설치된 제2브래킷(53)과, 상기 제2브래킷(53)에 설치된 진동 완충롤(51)과, 상기 진동 완충롤(51)의 하부에 위치되게 제2브래킷(53)에 설치된 진동 예비롤(52)과, 상기 제2브래킷(53)을 선택적으로 회전시키는 제2실린더(55)와, 상기 제2실린더(55)를 위치를 미세조정하도록 하부 베이스(100)에 설치된 제1스크류잭(56)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판의 반곡 교정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 교정수단(90)은 제3힌지(94)를 매개로 회전 가능하게 설치된 제3브래킷(93)과, 상기 제3브래킷(93)에 설치된 상부 교정롤(91)과, 상기 상부 교정롤(91)의 하부에 위치되게 제3브래킷(93)에 설치된 상부 예비롤(92)과, 상기 제3브래킷(93)을 선택적으로 회전시키는 제3실린더(95)와, 상기 제3실린더(95)의 위치를 미세조정하도록 상부 베이스(110)에 설치된 제2스크류잭(96)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판의 반곡 교정장치.
