前記埋め込まれた構成において、前記自由開放端部が、前記頸部に近接して配置されるように位置決めされており、

前記塞栓コイル部分が、前記インプラントの近位端部から遠位に延在するように、前記インプラントをマイクロカテーテル内に位置決めすることであって、前記拡張可能部分が、前記インプラントの遠位端部から近位に延在し、前記拡張可能部分が、前記送達システムに取り付けられていない、位置決めすることと、
前記マイクロカテーテルの遠位端部を動脈瘤頸部に近接して位置決めすることと、
前記インプラントを、前記マイクロカテーテルを通して前記マイクロカテーテルの前記遠位端部に送達することと、
