6.1.材料及び方法
化学物質
全化学物質は、さらに精製することなくシグマ−アルドリッチから入手したものを使用した。Cr(NO3)3・9H2O、CrCl3・6H2O、Al(NO3)3・9H2O、AlCl3・xH2O、Co(NO3)2・6H2O、Ni(NO3)2・6H2O、ZrOCl2・8H2O、RuCl3・xH2O、Zn(NO3)3・9H2O、1,4−ベンゼンジカルボン酸(H2BDC)、1,3,5−ベンゼントリカルボン酸(H3BTC)、2−アミノテレフタル酸(H2BDC(NH2))、2−スルホテレフタル酸モノナトリウム(H2BDC(SO3Na))、2,5−ジヒドロキシテレフタル酸(H4DOBDC)、2,2’−ビピリジン−5,5’−ジカルボン酸(H2BpyDC)、2−メチルイミダゾール(HMeIM)、テトラキス(4−カルボキシ−フェニル)−ポルフィリン(H4TCPP)。1,3,6,8−テトラキス(p−安息香酸)ピレン(H4TBAPy)を公知のアプローチに従って合成した(文献名「Deria、P.;Bury,W.;Hupp,J.T.;Farha,O.K.:Versatile functionalization of the NU-1000 platform by solvent-assisted ligand in corporation、Chem.Commun.2014,50,1965-1968」を参照)。トリエチルアミン(TEA)、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)及びメタノール(MeOH)は分析グレード(シグマ−アルドリッチ)であった。
シリカ(A)[75〜250μm]、シリカ(B)[200〜500μm]、シリカ(C)[75〜200μm]及びシリカ(D)[75〜150μm]は、我々の商業的パートナーから善意に供給された。SBA−15は、公知のアプローチに従って調製した(文献名「Zhao, D. Y.; Feng, J. L.; Huo, Q. S.; Melosh, N.; Fredrickson, G. H.; Chmelka, B. F.; Stucky, G. D.: Triblock copolymer syntheses of mesoporous silica with periodic 50 to 300 angstrom pores. Science 1998, 279, 548-552」を参照)。MCM−41は、クレイテック(Claytec)により提供、γ−A12O3はサソール(Sasol)により提供、TiO2はSachtlebenにより提供、そしてZrO2はメルケミカルズ(Mel Chemicals)により提供された。メソポーラスカーボン及びハイセップ(HayeSep A)(Supelco)[100−120μm]を、シグマ−アルドリッチから供給した。吸着した水を除去するために、すべてのメソポーラス材料を真空下で一晩120℃において脱気した。
Na2BDC及びNa3BTC配位子塩前駆体は、当該有機リンカーのカルボン酸を脱プロトン化するのに必要な化学量論量のNaOHを用いて水中でそれらの酸形態から調製し、続いてアセトン中で沈殿させて精製した。あるいは、化学量論量のTEAを用いてH2BDC(NH2)、H2BpyDC、H4TCPP及びH4TBAPyの配位子(又は、リガンドとも称する。)の塩前駆体溶液を直接調製し、それによって配位子塩を単離する工程を省略した。H2BDC(SO3Na)及びHMeIMを直接水に溶解した。2,5−ジオキシテレフタル酸ナトリウム配位重合体を水中で不溶化するために、H4DOBDCを加熱したTHF中に溶解して、かつトリエチルアンモニウム塩の使用により、目標とするMOF−74構造を生じさせなかった。
比較の目的で、以下のMOFを、それぞれ報告されている文献に従って調製して活性化した。
(Cr)MIL−101については、次の2つの文献:

これらのMOFのFTIRスペクトルを、MOF/MPMハイブリッド材料のための参照として使用した。(Cr)MIL−101(SO3H)に関するN2等温線及び細孔分布については図面に包含している。
20gのH2BDC(SO3Na)を含有する100mLの水溶液を、50グラムの真空除去されたメソポーラスシリカ(A)に含浸させ、そしてロータリーエバポレーター中、真空下、50℃で2時間乾燥させた。続いて、得られた乾燥材料[H2BDC(SO3Na)/シリカ(A)]を管状の焼成反応器内に入れ、ここで最初に濃縮したHCl(37%)で飽和させた窒素流により室温で2時間処理した後、窒素流を2時間流して過剰のHClを除去した。その後、H2O 75mL中に15grのCr(NO3)3・9H2Oを含有する75mLの水溶液に化合物[H2BDC(SO3H)/シリカ(A)]を含浸させた。得られた固形分[Cr(NO3)3/H2BDC(SO3H)/シリカ(A)]を最後に回転蒸発器中で高真空下に50℃で2時間乾燥した。全ての含浸工程は、初期湿潤含浸によって行われた。固形分[Cr(NO3)3/H2BDC(SO3H)/シリカ(A)]中の含水量を15〜20重量%に調整した後、当該固形分を190℃で24時間、2つの125mLステンレス鋼パールオートクレーブ(> 40%ボイドスペース)中で分離した。前記オートクレーブを冷却した後、得られた生成物を濾過漏斗中で蒸留水を用いて入念に洗浄した。続いて、前記材料をソックスレー抽出器中でMeOHを用いて一晩洗浄した。全ての材料を真空下、120℃で一晩活性化した。
FIB−SEM用の試料調製は、高分解能電界放出ガンSEMカラムと高電流Ga液体金属イオンガンFIBカラムとを組み合わせたデュアルビームFEI Quanta 3D FEG顕微鏡で行った。その結果を図8に示す。
透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)実験は、120μmのコンデンサーレンズ開口及び80μmの対物レンズ開口を挿入した200kVの条件において、LaB 6エミッターを用いて、JEOL JEM−2000FX S/TEM顕微鏡で行った。
サンプルをMicromeritics社のASAP(高速表面積とポロシメトリー)2020システムで分析した。サンプルを、シールフリットを有するチューブで秤量し、加熱しながら真空下(<500μmHg)で脱気した。それらサンプルを最初に150℃に加熱して、4時間保持し、そして最後に室温まで冷却してN2を充填した。分析前にサンプルを再計量した。吸着性分析は77KにおけるN2であった。多点BET表面積を、Rouquerolにより示唆された4つの基準を満足する、0.050〜0.300の範囲の相対圧力(P/P0)における6回の測定から算出した(文献名:「Gomez-Gualdron, D. A., Moghadam, P. Z., Hupp, J. T., Farha, O. K., Snurr, R. Q.: Application of Consistency Criteria To Calculate BET Areas of Micro- And Mesoporous Metal-Organic Frame-works. J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2016, 138, 215-224」参照)。一点吸着全細孔容積は、飽和圧力(P0≒770mmHg)付近で測定された。吸着平均孔幅もあわせて計算した。細孔サイズ分布プロットは、Halsey厚さ曲線式を用いたBJH法及びFaas BJH補正によって決定した。
XRF分析は、極薄30μm Beウィンドウを有するX線管5GN型Rhターゲットを備えた、ARLサーモサイエンティフィック(Ecublens、スイス)パフォームX波長分散型X線蛍光(WDXRF))で実施し、軽元素の応答を最大限にした。2つの検出器(流量比例及びシンチレーション)及び7つのアナライザークリスタルを備えた最大60kV又は最大120mAを供給する4000W出力により、幅広い元素範囲の検出を実現する。
XRDを用いてMOF/MPMハイブリッド材料の結晶構造を解析した。XRDパターンは、Cu Kα線を用いたX線回折計(Panalytical Empyrean)(λ=1.54778オーグストロング)を用いて表示した。サンプルは、ホルダーに乾燥粉末を充填することによって調製した。XRK900高温オーブンチャンバーを用いることにより、UiO−66(NH2)粉末の相形成及び相転移挙動を調べた。サンプルをまずチャンバー内で3℃/分の加熱速度で25℃から120℃に加熱し、120℃で12時間保持した。その後、サンプルを10℃/分の冷却速度で室温まで冷却した。回折パターンは、1.5418オーグストロングの波長及び4.5°〜12°の2θ範囲のCu KaX線放射を使用して、熱処理全体を通して測定された。それぞれのパターンは、ステップサイズ及びカウント時間を2θ=0.0263°及び147秒/ステップをそれぞれ使用して、4分間測定された。
ATR吸収分光測定は、FTIR分光計(Perkin Elmer Spectrum 100)を用いて、4000〜400cm−1の範囲で行った。in situのDRIFTS実験は、120℃での気相結晶化を補助するために、水で飽和させた窒素流を注入することによって、Praying Mantisセル内で実施した。
ジェットカップ摩耗テストは、気泡流動床及び循環流動床における粒子摩耗を評価するための一般的な方法である。(Cr)MIL−101(SO3H)/シリカ(A)、(Cr)MIL−101(SO3H)及びシリカ(A)のダビッドソン摩耗指数は、以下の文献:

固相結晶化法による金属−有機構造体(MOF)とメソポーラス材料(MPM)のハイブリッド材料(MOF/MPM)の合成
金属−有機構造体(MOF)及びメソポーラス材料(MPM)のスクリーニング
有機−金属構造体(MOF)の最初のスクリーニングは、シリカ(A)メソポーラスシリカを用いて行われた。得られた材料をHyperMOF−Xと命名した。表1は、シリカ(A)上に調製されたMOF/MPMハイブリッド材料(HyperMOF−X)の表面積及びMOF充填及び組成を示す。この実験から、各金属/配位子の組み合わせについてMOF結晶化を促進するのに最適なものとして特定の合成条件が見出された。例えば、(Cr)MIL−101類似体は、使用した配位子に応じて異なる温度及び合成時間により得られた(表1のA1、A2、及びA3項目を参照)。一方、(M)MOF−74及びZIF−8のように、一部のMOFは、熱の代わりにMOF結晶化を徐々に促進するために揮発性アミン(すなわちメチルアミントリエチルアミン)の気相浸透を必要とする。室温におけるこのようなアミン気相浸透法は、特定の場合に見受けられる限界を解消し、かつMPM細孔内に溶媒が存在しない状況においてMOF結晶化を達成するために特別に開発されたものである。このようにして、溶媒の極性(すなわち、水、メタノール、又はエタノール)により、又は高温におけるN,N’−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)の熱分解に起因するアミンの段階的な放出により、脱プロトン化プロセスを加速させる役割を果たす溶媒の使用の代替として、アミン蒸気は、MOF結晶化に必要な低速の配位子脱プロトン化を促進する。

調製した有機−金属構造体(MOF)とメソポーラス材料(MPM)ハイブリッド材料(MOF/MPM)との特性解析
調製した金属−有機構造体(MOF)と従来の溶媒熱合成法を用いたメソポーラス材料(MPM)ハイブリッド材料(MOF/MPM)との比較
ポリアミン含浸HyperMOFの堆積は、充填床反応器及び流動床反応器内で現実的なガス送管条件下において、CO2捕捉に関してテストされ、そして、“流動”シリカ及び“非流動化”バルクMOFの両方の上のポリアミンによって構成される最先端の吸着剤と比較した。この系統的研究から、閉じ込められたMOFの充填、組成及び機能性などのHyperMOFの特徴と、CO2捕捉用の含浸ポリアミンHyperMOFの性能との間の相関関係を明らかにする。最も有望な材料は、充填床反応器及び流動床反応器中での長期安定性について評価されているだけでなく、技術−経済的研究を行って、最先端の固体吸着剤と比較も行っている。最も有望なポリアミン含浸MOF/SiO2ハイブリッド吸着剤中から優れたCO2容量及び安定性の一例を図13に示す。
HyperMOF材料は、MOFが不均一系触媒として経験しているいくつかの課題、特にそれらの化学的及び熱的安定性ならびに操作性に関して上品に対処できる。第一に、外側の結晶表面の配位空格子点の濃度は、メソポーラスの足場内の閉鎖を介してMOF結晶ドメインを数ナノメートルまで減少させることによって高められる。第二に、マトリックスは、MOFナノ結晶にさらなる安定性を付与し、嵩高い分子が触媒反応に関与する場合における、断片化及び触媒活性部位のさらなる欠損を回避し、バルクマイクロ多孔質MOF粒子の拡散限界(又は細孔閉塞)を解消し、それにより、階層的なメソ/ミクロ多孔質系を介して孤立した活性部位の利用可能性を促進する。また、メソポーラス固体材料内にMOFナノ結晶を加工することは、より実行可能な操作性の観点のために、MOF粒子に球形度を与え、そして流動化プロセスにおいてバルク粒子の摩滅を引き起こし得る物理力からMOF構造を保護することによって、MOFを触媒用途に成形することができる。これらの記述の例において、HyperMOFはメソポーラスシリカ材料内に閉じ込められており、そして、HyperMOFは、当該HyperMOFのバルク対応物と比較して、アルコールのエステル化のような潜在的に関心のある有機反応用の不均一触媒として優れた触媒活性を示した(図14参照)。
上記のハイブリッド材料は、ガス吸着剤、又は触媒、薬物送達担体、プロトン伝導材料、センサー、及び/又は光電子デバイス、ならびに以下に記載の他の用途としてのハイブリッド材料の使用を含む多くの用途に使用することができる。
以下の番号付きの記載は、本開示の一般的な説明を供するものであって、添付の特許請求の範囲を限定することを意図しない。

(ii)配位子HX(L−x)の有機溶媒溶液と接触させて、式[M+y(O)y][Hx(L−X)]/MPMの含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ
(前記式中、Lは配位子であり、Aは対イオンであり、各xはそれぞれ独立して整数である。)のいずれか一方のステップ;
次の1)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱すること、又は2)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成するステップ;を有し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含む、方法。
一実施形態において、式AX(L−X)の有機配位子塩の水溶液は、式[M+y(O)y]/MPMの含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成する。別の実施形態では、配位子HX(L−x)の有機溶媒溶液は、式[M+y(O)y][Hx(L−x)]/MPMの含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成する。
ミクロ細孔を含むナノ結晶金属−有機構造体と、を有し、
前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、均一に分散されており、かつ実質的にメソ細孔材料のメソ細孔又は空隙内にのみ存在し;
前記ハイブリッド材料は、ハイブリッド材料の総重量に対して5〜50%の範囲の重量パーセントの有機−金属構造体を有する、(場合によって、上記記述のいずれか一つに記載の方法により製造される)ハイブリッド材料。本開示は、これらの列挙された要素の順序に限定されず、そしてそれぞれの要素及び全ての要素がこれらの列挙された要素を含むことに限定されない。
上記記述31に記載のガス吸着剤を少なくとも1種のガスと接触させるステップを有し、
前記少なくとも1種のガスは、水素(H2)、硫化水素(H2S)、二酸化硫黄(SO2)、メタン(CH4)及び二酸化炭素(CO2)からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種のガスを吸着、分離、貯蔵又は隔離する方法。
前記ハイブリッド材料を含むデバイス又は材料は、薬物送達担体、プロトン伝導性材料、センサー及び光電子デバイスからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。
前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料を酸性水溶液で処理して、式HX(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス酸材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Hは水素である。)と;
式M+y(B)yの金属前駆体の水溶液を前記含浸メソポーラス酸材料と接触させて、式[M+y(B)y][Hx(L−x))]/MPMで表わされる、含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ(前記式中、Mは金属であり、各yはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、Bはアニオンである。)と;
次の(1)触媒量の溶媒存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱するステップ、又は(2)触媒量の溶媒存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成するステップ、の少なくとも一方のステップ(但し、前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含む。)と;
前記溶媒は、水、エタノールメタノール、テトラヒドロフラン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、形成された前記ハイブリッド材料の重量の75重量%未満存在する。

Claims (36)
- 式AX(L−x)の有機配位子塩の水溶液をメソポーラス材料(MPM)に接触させて、式Ax(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス塩材料を形成する(前記式中、Aは対イオンであり、各xはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、そしてLは有機配位子である。)ステップと;
前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料を酸性水溶液で処理して、式HX(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス酸材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Hは水素である。)と;
式M+y(B)yの金属前駆体の水溶液を前記含浸メソポーラス酸材料と接触させて、式[M+y(B)y][Hx(L−x)]/MPMで表わされる、含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ(前記式中、Mは金属であり、各yはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、Bはアニオンである。)と;
次の1)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱すること、又は2)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成するステップと;を有し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含む、方法。 - 式AX(L−x)の有機配位子塩の水溶液をメソポーラス材料(MPM)に接触させて、式Ax(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス塩材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Aは対イオンであり、各xはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、そしてLは有機配位子である。)と;
式M+y(B)yの金属前駆体の水溶液を前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料と接触させて、式[M+y(B)y][Ax(L−x)]/MPMで表わされる、含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ(前記式中、Mは金属であり、各yはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、Bはアニオンである。)と;
次の(1)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱すること、又は(2)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成するステップと;を有し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含む、方法。 - 式M+y(O)yの金属酸化物ナノ粒子の水性懸濁液をメソポーラス材料(MPM)と接触させて、式M+y(O)y/MPMの金属酸化物含浸メソポーラス材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Mは金属であり、各yは独立して整数である。)と;
前記金属酸化物含浸メソポーラス材料を、
(i)式Ax(L−X)の有機配位子塩の水溶液と接触させて、式[M+y(O)y][Ax(L−X)]/MPMの含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ
又は、
(ii)配位子HX(L−x)の有機溶媒溶液と接触させて、式[M+y(O)y][Hx(L−X)]/MPMの含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ
(前記式中、Lは配位子であり、Aは対イオンであり、各xはそれぞれ独立して整数である。)と;
次の(1)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱すること、又は(2)溶媒の非存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成すること、の少なくとも一方のステップと;を有し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含む、方法。 - 前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、前記メソポーラス材料のメソ細孔又は空隙内にのみ存在し、前記メソポーラス材料のメソ細孔又は空隙内に均一に分散している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料、前記含浸メソポーラス酸材料、前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体、及び前記ハイブリッド材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を、真空中、25〜160℃の範囲の温度で乾燥させるステップをさらに有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料を蒸留水で洗浄するステップと、
メタノールをリサイクルするソックスレー抽出器システムにおいて、前記ハイブリッド材料から水を抽出するステップと、をさらに有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記メソポーラス材料は、メソポーラス金属酸化物(酸化アルミニウム、酸化セリウム、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化マグネシウムなど)、メソポーラスシリカ、メソポーラスカーボン、メソポーラスポリマー、メソポーラスシリコアルミナ(ゼオライト)、メソポーラス有機シリカ、及びメソポーラスアルミノホスフェートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機配位子塩の有機配位子(L−x)は、ポリカルボキシレート配位子、アザ複素環式配位子、及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機配位子塩の有機配位子(L−x)は、テレフタレート、ベンゼン−1,3,5−トリカルボキシレート、2,5−ジオキシベンゼンジカルボキシレート、ビフェニル−4,4’−ジカルボキシレート及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記有機配位子塩の有機配位子(L−x)は、イミダゾレート、ピリミジナゾレート、トリアゾレート、及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属前駆体の金属(M+y)は、Mg、V、Cr、Mo、Zr、Hf、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Ni、Zn、Ru、Al、及びGaからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の遷移金属である、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機−金属構造体は、MIL−101、MIL−100、MIL−53、MOF−74、UiO−66、UiO−67、ZIF−8、ZIFs、HKUST−1、M2(dobpdc)、NU−1000、PCN−222、PCN−224、及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記ハイブリッド材料の総重量に対して5〜50%の範囲の重量パーセントの前記有機−金属構造体を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、2〜50nmの範囲の平均直径を有するメソ細孔と、0.5〜5.0nmの範囲の平均直径を有するミクロ細孔とを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記メソ細孔、前記ミクロ細孔、又はその両方が、10%未満の変動係数を有する単分散である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、40nm未満の平均最長直線寸法を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、200〜1200m2/gの範囲の表面積を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料の表面積の105〜500%の範囲の表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、100〜500μmの平均最長直線寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- メソ細孔を含むメソポーラス材料と;
ミクロ細孔を含むナノ結晶金属−有機構造体と;を有し、
前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、均一に分散されており、かつ実質的にメソ細孔材料のメソ細孔又は空隙内にのみ存在し;
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記ハイブリッド材料の総重量に対して5〜50%の範囲の重量パーセントの有機−金属構造体を有する、ハイブリッド材料。 - 前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、均一に分散されており、前記メソポーラス材料のメソ細孔又は空隙内にのみ存在する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記メソ細孔は2〜50nmの範囲の平均直径を有し、前記ミクロ細孔は0.5〜5.0nmの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記メソ細孔、前記ミクロ細孔、又はその両方は、10%未満の変動係数を有する単分散である、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記ナノ結晶金属−有機構造体は、40nm未満の平均最長直線寸法を有する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 200〜1200m2/gの範囲の表面積を有する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記メソポーラス材料は、メソポーラス金属酸化物(酸化アルミニウム、酸化セリウム、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化マグネシウムなど)、メソポーラスシリカ、メソポーラスカーボン、メソポーラスポリマー、メソポーラスシリコアルミナ(ゼオライト)、メソポーラス有機シリカ、及びメソポーラスアルミノホスフェートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記有機−金属構造体は、Mg、V、Cr、Mo、Zr、Hf、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Ni、Zn、Ru、Al、及びGaからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の遷移金属を有する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記有機−金属構造体は、ポリカルボキシレート配位子、アザ複素環式配位子、及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記有機−金属構造体は、MIL−101、MIL−100、MIL−53、MOF−74、UiO−66、UiO−67、ZIF−8、ZIFs、HKUST−1、M2(dobpdc)、NU−1000、PCN−222、PCN−224、及びそれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 100〜500μmの平均最長直線寸法を有する、請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 請求項20に記載のハイブリッド材料を含むガス吸着剤。
- 少なくとも1種のガスを吸着、分離、貯蔵又は隔離する方法であって、
請求項29に記載のガス吸着剤を少なくとも1種のガスと接触させるステップを有し、
前記少なくとも1種のガスは、水素(H2)、硫化水素(H2S)、二酸化硫黄(SO2)、メタン(CH4)及び二酸化炭素(CO2)からなる群から選択される、方法。 - 請求項18に記載のハイブリッド材料を含む触媒。
- 請求項31に記載の触媒の存在下で基材を反応させるステップを有する、反応を触媒する方法。
- 請求項18に記載のハイブリッド材料を含むデバイス又は材料であって、
前記ハイブリッド材料を含むデバイス又は材料は、薬物送達担体、プロトン伝導性材料、センサー及び光電子デバイスからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。 - 式AX(L−x)の有機配位子塩の水溶液をメソポーラス材料(MPM)に接触させて、式Ax(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス塩材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Aは対イオンであり、各xはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、そしてLは有機配位子である。)と;
前記含浸メソポーラス塩材料を酸性水溶液で処理して、式HX(L−x)/MPMの含浸メソポーラス酸材料を形成するステップ(前記式中、Hは水素である。)と;
式M+y(B)yの金属前駆体の水溶液を前記含浸メソポーラス酸材料と接触させて、式[M+y(B)y][Hx(L−x)]/MPMで表わされる、含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を形成するステップ(前記式中、Mは金属であり、各yはそれぞれ独立して整数であり、Bはアニオンである。)と;
次の1)触媒量の溶媒存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を加熱するステップ、又は2)触媒量の溶媒存在下で前記含浸メソポーラス金属−有機構造体の前駆体を揮発性蒸気に曝すこと、の少なくとも一方によって、式(M+yL−x)−MPMで表わされるハイブリッド材料を、前記加熱又は前記暴露により形成するステップと;を有し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記メソポーラス材料内に埋め込まれたナノ結晶金属−有機構造体(MOF)を含み;
前記溶媒は、水、エタノールメタノール、テトラヒドロフラン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、形成された前記ハイブリッド材料の重量の75重量%未満存在する、方法
