Claims (15)
- フロアパネル(1)と、前記フロアパネル(1)の下で車両の長手方向に延びる少なくとも1つの長手ビーム(2)と、フロアパネル(1)に隣接して長手方向に延びる少なくとも1つの下方側シル部品(4)と、を備えた車両下部構造にして、車両下部構造が、横断方向に、長手方向に対してほぼ垂直に延びる少なくとも1つの補強要素(6)をさらに備え、前記補強要素(6)が、フロアパネル(1)の下で延びるとともに、その横断方向の一方の端部で長手ビーム(2)に取り付けられ、その横断方向の他方の端部で下方側シル部品(4)に取り付けられている、車両下部構造であって、補強要素(6)が、1200MPa以上の引張強度を有するプレス硬化鋼部品で形成されていることを特徴とする、車両下部構造。
- 補強要素(6)がマルテンサイト系の微細構造を有し、長手ビーム(2)および下方側シル部品(4)の少なくとも1つが、完全にはマルテンサイト系ではない構造を有している、請求項1に記載の車両下部構造。
- 長手ビーム(2)と下方側シル部品(4)との両方が、完全にはマルテンサイト系ではない構造を有している、請求項2に記載の車両下部構造。
- 補強要素(6)が、フロアパネル(1)に対してほぼ平行な平面で延びる第1のフランク(20)と、第1のフランク(20)に対して垂直な平面で延びる第2のフランク(22)とを備え、前記第1のフランク(20)と前記第2のフランク(22)との両方が、長手ビーム(2)を下方側シル部品(4)に結合している、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 第2のフランク(22)が、長手方向と非ゼロの角度を形成する平面に延びる、請求項4に記載の車両下部構造。
- 第1のフランク(20)がほぼ三角形の形状を有し、前記三角形の第1の側部(24)が長手ビーム(2)に沿って延び、前記三角形の第2の側部(26)が長手ビーム(2)を下方側シル部品(4)に結合し、前記三角形の第3の側部(28)が第2のフランク(22)に沿って延びる、請求項4または請求項5に記載の車両下部構造。
- 補強要素(6)が、下方側シル部品(4)に、前記下方側シル部品(4)の長手方向の前方の端部(14)において取り付けられている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 補強要素(6)が、長手ビーム(2)および下方側シル部品(4)に溶接されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 長手ビーム(2)および下方側シル部品(4)への補強要素(6)の溶接が、抵抗スポット溶接、またはアーク溶接、またはレーザ溶接である、請求項8に記載の車両下部構造。
- プレス硬化鋼の組成が、重量%で、
0.15%≦C≦0.5%、0.5%≦Mn≦3%、0.1%≦Si≦1%、0.005%≦Cr≦1%、Ti≦0.2%、Al≦0.1%、S≦0.05%、P≦0.1%、B≦0.010%を含み、残りが、鉄と、加工の結果のやむを得ない不純物であるか、
0.20%≦C≦0.25%、1.1%≦Mn≦1.4%、0.15%≦Si≦0.35%、≦Cr≦0.30%、0.020%≦Ti≦0.060%、0.020%≦Al≦0.060%、S≦0.005%、P≦0.025%、0.002%≦B≦0.004%を含み、残りが、鉄と、加工の結果のやむを得ない不純物であるか、
0.24%≦C≦0.38%、0.40%≦Mn≦3%、0.10%≦Si≦0.70%、0.015%≦Al≦0.070%、Cr≦2%、0.25%≦Ni≦2%、0.015%≦Ti≦0.10%、Nb≦0.060%、0.0005%≦B≦0.0040%、0.003%≦N≦0.010%、S≦0.005%、P≦0.025%、%を含み、残りが、鉄と、加工の結果のやむを得ない不純物である、

- フロアパネル(1)と、前記フロアパネル(1)の下で長手方向に両方が延びる左側長手ビーム(2)と右側長手ビーム(2)と、フロアパネル(1)の両側に長手方向に延びる左側下方側シル部品(4)と右側下方側シル部品(4)と、左側長手ビーム(2)と左側下方側シル部品(4)との間に延びる左側補強要素(6)と、右側長手ビーム(2)と右側下方側シル部品(4)との間に延びる右側補強要素(6)と、を備え、前記左側補強要素(6)および前記右側補強要素(6)が、1200MPa以上の引張強度を有するプレス硬化鋼部品で形成されている、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 左側長手ビーム(2)と右側長手ビーム(2)との間に延びる横断方向のビーム(40)をさらに備え、前記横断方向のビーム(40)が、左側補強要素(6)および右側補強要素(6)と同じ横断方向の軸に沿って延び、前記横断方向のビーム(40)が、1200MPa以上の引張強度を有するプレス硬化鋼部品で形成されている、請求項13に記載の車両下部構造。
- 請求項1から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造を備えた車両本体。
