Abstract
Description
− 溶湯だまりと、前記溶湯だまりに結合された導管であって、導管内を鋳型の方向に溶湯を流動させるように適合された電磁ポンプを有する導管とを備える鋳造機械が使用され、
− 電磁ポンプは、溶湯だまりの溶湯を鋳型の注入孔の方に移動させるように多相交流による給電を受ける方法において、
鋳造機械が、前記導管と前記鋳型の注入孔の間の注入流路を取り囲む電磁コイルを有する先端部を備えること、および注入の最終盤に先端部の電磁コイルに高電圧発生装置から電流パルスを供給して注入流路に電磁ピンチ効果を発生させ、加圧された溶湯を鋳型の注入孔の方に進むようにすることを特徴とする方法にも及ぶ。
Claims (10)
- 溶湯の供給導管(12)と鋳型(30)の注入孔(33)の間に挿入するように適合された電気的絶縁体である耐火材料製の管状の加圧溶湯(13)用の注入先端部(20)であって、前記導管に結合されるように適合された第1の端部である上流端部(23)と鋳型に結合されるように適合された第2の端部である下流端部(24)の間を溶湯が流動するように適合された注入流路(22)を備える先端部において、
前記先端部が、前記2つの端部の間に配設されて前記流路の軸の少なくとも一部と重なる軸を有する電磁コイル(26)であって、高電圧発生装置(40)から電流パルスの供給を受けて前記注入流路(22)に電磁ピンチ効果を発生させるように適合された電磁コイルを備えることを特徴とする先端部。 - 前記注入流路(22)が前記上流端部(23)と前記電磁コイル(26)の間に直径の狭窄(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の先端部。
- 電磁コイル(26)が前記先端部の材料中に埋め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の先端部。
- 前記電磁コイル(26)が複数ターンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の先端部。
- 前記電磁コイル(26)が1ターンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の先端部。
- 溶湯だまり(11)と、前記溶湯だまりに結合された溶湯供給導管(12)であって、導管内を鋳型(30)の方向に溶湯を流動させるように適合された電磁ポンプ(50)を有する導管とを備える鋳造機械(10)において、前記導管と前記鋳型の注入孔(33)の間に請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の先端部(20)を備えることを特徴とする機械。
- 前記電磁ポンプ(50)が、溶湯の前記供給導管(12)と同軸の複数の誘導コイル(51)であって、前記導管内を流動する前記溶湯を誘導加熱するように適合された誘導コイル(51)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記誘導コイル(51)に多相交流を給電することによって移動磁場を発生させ、前記先端部(20)の方向に前記溶湯を引っ張ることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の機械。
- 前記誘導コイル(50)の冷却装置(52)が前記コイルと前記導管(12)の間に挿設されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の機械。
- 金属製の鋳型(30)による加圧溶湯鋳造方法であって、
− 溶湯だまり(11)と、前記溶湯だまりに結合された溶湯供給導管(12)であって、導管内を鋳型(30)の方向に前記溶湯を流動させるように適合された電磁ポンプ(50)を有する導管とを備える鋳造機械(10)が使用され、
− 前記電磁ポンプ(50)は、前記溶湯だまりの溶湯を鋳型の注入孔の方に移動させるように多相交流による給電を受ける方法において、
前記鋳造機械(10)が、前記導管と前記鋳型の注入孔(33)の間の注入流路(22)を取り囲む電磁コイル(26)を有する先端部(20)を備えること、および注入の最終盤に前記先端部(20)の前記電磁コイル(26)に高電圧発生装置(40)から電流パルスを供給して前記注入流路(22)に電磁ピンチ効果を発生させ、加圧された溶湯を前記鋳型の前記注入孔(33)の方に進むようにすることを特徴とする方法。
