Claims (16)

  1. 剤形の最終重量に基づいて0.05〜5重量%のグリセリンを含む3次元印刷された多孔性マトリックスを有する3次元印刷された急速分散性の剤形を製造するための3次元印刷方法に用られる印刷液中のグリセリンの使用方法であって、印刷液はグリセリン、水及び少なくとも1つの有機溶媒を含み、
    3次元印刷方法は:
    a)グリセリン、水及び少なくとも1つの有機溶媒を含む十分量の印刷液を少なくとも一つの粉末の層の上に沈着させて、粉末の層の粒子を結合させる工程と;
    b)粒子が結合した少なくとも一つの層中の水及び溶媒を減少させ、それにより0.05〜5重量%のグリセリンを含む3次元印刷された3次元印刷された多孔性マトリックを形成する工程
    とを含む使用方法。
  2. 印刷液が1〜10重量%のグリセリンを含む、請求項1に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  3. 印刷液が1〜25重量%の有機溶媒を含み、有機溶媒がアルコールである、請求項2に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  4. 印刷液が、さらに1〜20%の水溶性、水性液体可溶性、部分的に水溶性、または部分的に水性液体可溶性の結合剤からなる群から選ばれる結合剤を含む、請求項3に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  5. 印刷液が、さらに0.1〜4重量%の界面活性剤を含む、請求項3に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  6. 粉末が、1〜30重量%の崩壊剤を含む、請求項1に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  7. 粉末が、薬物含有粉末を含む、請求項1に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  8. a)およびb)を繰り返して、それにより、3次元印刷された急速分散性の剤形を製造する、請求項1に記載のグリセリンの使用方法。
  9. 3次元印刷された多孔性マトリックスを有する3次元印刷された急速分散性の剤形を製造するための方法であって、
    a)グリセリン、水及び少なくとも1つの有機溶媒を含む印刷液を少なくとも一つの粉末の層の上に沈着させる工程;及び
    b)少なくとも一つの層の中の水及び溶媒を減少させ、それにより0.05〜5重量%のグリセリンを含む3次元印刷された3次元印刷された多孔性マトリックを形成する工程とを含む方法。
  10. 剤形の多孔性マトリックスが圧縮されていない、請求項9に記載の方法。
  11. a)およびb)を繰り返して、それにより、3次元印刷された急速分散性の剤形を製造する、請求項9に記載の方法。
  12. 沈着させる工程が、少なくともひとつの粉末の層の粒子を結合させるために十分量の印刷液を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
  13. 印刷液が、1〜10重量%のグリセリン、55〜95重量%の水又は水性緩衝液、及び1〜25重量%のアルコールを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
  14. 粉末が、50〜80重量%の薬物含有粉末を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
  15. 粉末が、さらに3〜35重量%の崩壊剤及び0.5〜20重量%の水溶性、水性液体可溶性、部分的に水溶性、または部分的に水性液体可溶性の結合剤からなる群から選ばれる結合剤を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
  16. 剤形が、約15ml以下の体積の水または唾液中に約15秒以下で分散し、剤形の硬さが少なくとも1kpである、請求項9に記載の方法。
