Claims (51)
- 삼차원 프린터에서 입체물을 형성하도록 고정되지 않고 자유롭게 유동하는 입상 물질을 선택적으로 접착시키는 유체 조성물로서, 중합가능한 단량체 및 광개시제를 포함하고, 320-500nm의 파장 및 1주울/cm2의 에너지 밀도를 갖는 자외선에 의해 광개시제와 함께 경화되어 고정되지 않고 자유롭게 유동하는 입상 물질의 소정의 위치에 입체물을 형성시키는 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합가능한 단량체가 메타크릴레이트 단량체, 아크릴 단량체 또는 비닐 단량체중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유체 조성물.

- 제 2 항에 있어서, 아크릴 단량체가 트리(프로필렌 글리콜) 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 페닐 에테르 아크릴레이트 또는 1,6 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 메타크릴레이트 단량체가 1,3 부틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 네오펜틸 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트, 1,6 헥산디올 디메타크릴레이트 또는 디(프로필렌 글리콜) 알릴 에테르 메타크릴레이트중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유체 조성물.

- 제 15 항에 있어서, 충전제가 점토, 산화알루미늄, 이산화규소, 알루미늄 실리케이트, 칼륨 알루미늄 실리케이트, 칼슘 실리케이트, 수산화칼슘, 칼슘 알루미네이트, 칼슘 카보네이트, 나트륨 실리케이트, 산화아연, 이산화티타늄, 유리, 석회암 (limestone) 또는 마그네타이트(magnetite)중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유체 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 충전제 전반에 프린팅 보조제가 분산된 유체 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 프린팅 보조제가 소르비탄 트리올레이트, 소르비탄 모노-올레이트, 소르비탄 모노라우레이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 모노-올레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 대두유 (soybean oil), 광유 (mineral oil), 프로필렌 글리콜, 플루오로알킬 폴리옥시에틸렌 중합체, 글리세롤 트리아세테이트, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜 옥타노에이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 데카노에이트, 2,4,7,9-테트라메틸-5-데신-4,7-디올의 에톡시화된 유도체, 올레일 알코올 또는 올레산중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유체 조성물.
